Lovely place. We camped there for one night doing the South Downs Way. We had a shower that was only for us - quite a luxury compared to our last nights. The homemade apple juice is fantastic.
Since we were on foot the owner was so kind to drive us back up the hill so we could continue our way much more rested than we thought. Thanks for everything! 🙂

Beautifully positioned, small campsite. Clearly marked, hedged pitches with each having their own picnic table and place for open fire. Loved the individual bathrooms for each pitch too. Such luxury! Firewood and farm produce also available to buy.

Absolutely fantastic site. Cycling the king Alfred's way, I only wish I could stay another night. 20 quid and your own private bathroom and shower for the duration. 10 quid for a fire pit and wood. Highly recommend.

We had only one night at this campside. Beside a beautifull made place it has an individual bathroom for each pitch. Also there is bench-table-combination for each pitch and a fireplace. Firewood can be bought for a reasonable price.

You can use the common fridge and there is a capsule coffee machine for a small price.

Surronded by fields with grazing sheep and goats you have a wonderfull wakeup and goodnight call.

We loved this place. On our 25 day trip through scotland and south england this was by far the nicest place.

What a wonderful little campsite which includes your own personal wash/shower room ! Owner Sofija couldn’t have been more helpful ! Such a piece full location and a great pub a couple of miles away.

Upper Parsonage is a wonderful small (almost boutique) campsite in a beautiful setting a short 10 minute down hill walk from the South Downs Way and 15 minute uphill walk the next morning . Each pitch is allocated it’s own exclusive toilet, shower and washing up room. The hot shower really sold it for me after a day walking. Pitches are separated by a small hedge and have a picnic table. There are also communal fridges. Sue is an excellent host. A great camping package.
