My dear friend ordered a burger from you at precisely 8:26 pm 10th October she was LIVID because she exclaimed the FACT that she does not want CHHEEEESE on her burger but all of the employees did not listen to my friends commands and put CHEEEEESEEE on her burger that is HORRID.

SECONDLY on your app it specifically does not have the option to remove items from burger etc. [statement from my dear friend]

DO NOT DO THIS AGAIN THIS WAS A BLASPHEMOPUS ACT MAKE SURE YOU AND ALL OF THE EMPLOYEES UNDERSTAND NEXT TIME I WILL COME DOWN THERE MYSELF

I love the burgers and wings. I definitely recommend the Korean Chicken Burger and Thai Sweet Chilli Wings.

My little enjoys the Waffles and Bubble Tea.

The staff is always welcoming with brilliant customer service including making sure any allergy requests are followed.

The burger was dry and cold, the chips were crispy however they didn’t provide me with sauce or salt, my order also took 20 minutes although it was a small order, they also only had one person working at the time which may explain the long waiting time.

Genuinely one of the best burger spots I've been to. I get a haircut at the place next door & I have popped into this place twice so far and it's been 10/10! I think the food is made fresh each time, so there was about a 5 minute wait (i don't mind at all) but it tastes incredible. The presentation is great too, they wrap the burgers in foil when you takeaway and the chips are cooked to perfection. Incredible prices too!

The cafe looks really swish, but it falls flat on food and service. Granted this is from one visit, but I think it will be the only visit I'll be doing to Jungle Cafe. There was one person working who seemed very inexperienced and was doing their best. Several people left without ordering.

My partner and I ordered ham and cheese panini. What we had when we got home was some very processed looking meat and processed cheese slices. One of the pieces of 'meat' had what looked like mould on it. Both went in the bin and we ordered from another local cafe.

Sorry Jungle Cafe, we really wanted to like you but this wasn't a great start.
