Excellent service at this business, can't fault it. Much better than the central London aestheticians I'd been visiting for years. From the prompt and courteous staff at the time of booking, to the warm welcome, beautiful space, a facial better than I've had all year, and the hospitality afterwards (tea and cake!), this is a real gem business in Croydon. I don’t leave reviews but I just have to for this place. I was going through the early stages of TRT and went to get a blood test done, I was introduced to Tim who was going to take my blood.

Let me tell you that I was very very nervous I hate needles and I had worked myself up with worry! I fell like a right idiot when Tim literally took the blood and I never felt a thing! Not even a pinch! Tim was absolutely fantastic, I would highly recommend him to anybody who wants a painless blood test.

Tim was professional, informative and most importantly genuinely cared for my welfare and to me that makes a difference! You can go anywhere these days for blood tests but I have to tell you all that Tim is the best out there! And I’ve had many blood tests. I would never go anywhere else again!
There are very few people in this world that come across as genuinely interested in their patients and their welfare/comfort, but Tim is one of them!

Tim is an absolute asset to this business and he does it with a smile and comes with a massive wealth of knowledge and experience.

I have to also add that hospitality at this place is amazing! I was there no longer than 5 mins and was offered a hot or cold drink by 3 different people!

A hidden gem in Croydon and a small business that actually cares!

I promise you, you won’t go wrong with this place it offers so much. Try it out you won’t regret it.

Great Hollywood wax done by Jodie who was super nice and friendly and who had put me at ease and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. In fact, all the staff were really warm and welcoming which is something I always rate wherever I go. The salon itself was really clean and inviting, would definitely go back there to get my waxing done or try the massage or facial. Highly recommend!
