Booked a last-minute pregnancy massage.
Staff were very polite, friendly and professional. The atmosphere was very relaxing, calming music and lovely smell in the studio. The massage experience was absolutely amazing and worth every penny. Highly recommend this place for anyone who needs a bit of relaxation and tension relief.

Had a hour massage with Som today and it was without question the best massage treatment I have ever had. The studio was immaculate and all the small touches such as a heated blanket, soft towels made such a difference. The girl on reception was attentive and very friendly. Will be back and recommending to everyone I know.

To start the massage was amazing. However my issue is with the fact that I was essentially charged twice. I booked a Swedish massage last Friday but on the way my car broke down, immediately I let the parlour know, a full hour before my appointment, and I thought I rescheduled for this week. Turns out I rebooked (this was not explained on the phone) and the result of this was I got charged £130 for a 60minute massage due to lack of clarity on the phone. I understand that an hour is not a lot of time but other treatment places have policies like 50% charges for no shows or short notice cancellation policies. These don’t penalise new customers. It was completely out of my control about my car and I let them know immediately. To reiterate the massage was great but I will not be going again due to the practices of the business. If you do go hope that life doesn’t get in the way of them making money off you.

Disappointed with the fact that paid for an hour massage and got a 45 minutes massage. I know it’s my fault that I arrived 5 minutes late but I called in advance and was not told that this would affect the time of my treatment. If not I would canceled. Massage was not bad but I paid 65£ for a 45 minutes massage. My advice is if you are late just cancel it as they will not care to make sure you get what you pay for or let you know in advance.
