I brought my grandad here after a disappointing trip to his usual favourite place to go out for lunch and had a lovely experience. Vanessa was warm, welcoming and so accommodating...my grandad likes plain, simple home cooked food and that was what he got. He was ready to settle for an English breakfast but Vanessa took the time to sit and talk with him and ended up cooking him one of his favourites despite it not being on the menu and he thoroughly enjoyed himself and the food.

Vanessa's Treasure is more than a cafe, you walk in and instantly are treated like family. The food, the atmosphere and the host are all amazing. Thank you for making my grandad feel seen and heard. Now he knows where you are and how easy you are for him to get to, you can expect more visits.

today i decided to take a trip into town exploring around , i figured id try out vanessa's treasure to have some lunch while i did some sketches...the moment i walked in Vanessa immediatley welcomed me in with a warm smile and great service.The atmosphere was great and there was a pleasant aroma in her cosy caffe. id highly recommend going there if you;re looking for something different in calne...i hope to go there again soon.

I hadn't been to Vanessa's before but this week we visited three times. The breakfast options are lovely and completely flexible so you can mix and match what you want. Portions are generous, the service is pleasant and it's a lovely little cafe to have a break from work for an hour.
