Vanilla in All Seasons stepped in to cater our wedding when another caterer let us down and they absolutely exceeded our expectations. We have experienced all levels of service from contractors during our wedding and can speak from that experience that Vanilla are the top level! Adam is incredibly organised and responsive. The food is exceptional, with some guests saying it is the best they have ever experienced at a wedding! And the service on the day was outstanding. I could not recommend Vanilla in All Seasons enough!

Great service from start to finish. We used Vanilla In All Seasons to cater our wedding at Sandon Hall. The service was faultless and we had so many compliments on the food served!

Many of our guests also commented on the attentiveness of the staff on the day, especially for those with allergies.

We have just had our wedding on the 4th August at Owen House Wedding Barn and the catering was one of the biggest aspects of the wedding we wanted to get right. We've been to weddings with slow service, small portions and mediocre food.

Vanilla in Allseasons has every aspect of catering weddings down to a fine art. Genuinely flawless throughout. Max has been amazing throughout and we felt like the burden of organising the food was taken out of our hands.
Lead up:
Countless backwards and forwards with us making sure everything we wanted was what we got. The tasting was an experience in itself. The food served at the tasting was exactly as we got it on the day even with 80 odd portions going out. Nothing we wanted was too much and even our vision of having 'dirty food' in the evening wasn't a problem.
Service:
We've been to a few weddings in the last few years and it's always been slow with venues not being able to keep up with the numbers. Not sure how Vanilla pulls off sending out so much food still pipping hot with amazing precision on the plates but they do.
The food! :
We've eaten at many restaurants over the years and this has blown many top quality ones we've been to out of the water, again to do this for that many people with such speed still amazes me 5 days later. We had so many guest grumble about our food choices leading up to the wedding and every single one of them enjoyed the food. Seeing other reviews of how people's guest raved about the food certainly rings true for us.

Coming from a catering background seeing how organised everything was leading up to and especially on the day was amazing. The whole team that pulled it off made our day spot on.

Phenomenal !!

Vanilla in Allseasons provided the catering for our wedding and they exceeded all our expectations !

From our very first contact with them we knew we were making the right decision as nothing was too much trouble and they catered for our every request.

Our guests were blown away by the quality of the food, it was truly sensational !

Every member of the team was fantastic.

The pies were a real hit and the trio of desserts I could eat with every meal.

The food at our wedding was incredible. I had so many guests come over and say how much they loved it, particularly our starter (oriental beef noodle salad).

Right from the get go the team at Vanilla in all Seasons were so helpful. We had a couple of ideas for what we wanted but went through the consultation with a completely open mind and together we had some solid options and 2 different menus to try at our tasting.

The tasting was so well thought out. We obviously got to enjoy the food (I was excited from this day onwards for our wedding breakfast). After we enjoyed everything we sat down with the team to settle on the best options for us and how we would like it to look on the day.

The payment schedule was set out from day one so it was a breeze to get everything sorted on that side. They reached out directly with regards to the final meeting to confirm numbers and the details of the day. This part was really helpful to feel like everything was under control and would be fine on the day (thanks Max!)

Finally we get to the big day and I cannot thank the whole team enough. It ran so seamlessly. The food was, of course, amazing and it was exactly how we remembered it from the tasting.

We had the pleasure of having Vanilla in All Seasons cater our wedding at Owen House Wedding Barn and honestly from the first meeting, we knew we had made the right decision! The food we had in the day was outstanding. The quality of the food was excellent, cooking 50+ hunks of beef in one go cannot be easy, but each one was perfect. They were attentive to any dietaries we had, and the whole time they were on hand to make us feel at ease. The presentation adding such a perfect feel to the day and I cannot thank them enough!

We couldn’t have asked for better caterers for our wedding! The communication from Vanilla was outstanding from the start, it also helps that they work so closely with our venue already, we didn’t have to think about anything on the day.
Nothing was too much for the team, they were brilliant! We had and are still having so many guests tell us it’s the best food they’ve ever had at a wedding!! And we totally agree!

I cannot recommend Vanilla enough! The service is unmatched, they are so attentive in making sure that the guests have enough as well as the bride and groom! The food is INCREDIBLE! We still have people messaging us now telling us how much they loved the food. Every detail was exactly as we had asked and made our day all the more amazing!
