They changed their sofa, its so uncomfortable, it feels like sitting on bus stand,
It use to be really nice and comfortable,
Not enjoy anymore so now we going to different shisha cafe, plus i have seen alot of customers coming to different shisha cafe just bcuz of the the issue of new seating arrangements which is not comfortable and no privacy
,
Customer comes to relax and they totally didn't care.

Plus they always save money on heating, so its cold all the time, work guys come very late to change the coals, so in total they went from 5stars to 1star now.
I will not go back again until they fix these issues

I cannot speak about the food as I did not try any, however the shisha was on point.

The only downfall is the guy who makes the shisha is extremely slow I had to keep asking where is the shisha. The guy who serves the shisha has no smile on his face and is not very welcoming.

Asif the guy on the till was amazing. Humble and welcoming and very friendly. His customer service is the only reason why I am giving this review a 5 star.

Regardless of the guy who served the shisha I would definitely go again. Who goes try pear drop shisha it hits the spot differently.

Also value for money £12.50 a shisha is awesome.

It is strange to order and pay in advance at the entrance but the service is nice and the staff friendly and well organised. The food and shishas are well done.
