Found this pizza spot on a pop up at electric bear brewing and had to try.

Ordered margarita pizza, nduja pumpkin and truffalo pizzas.

First one I tried was Nduja and wow, that pumpkin nduja spice was incredible, the texture and taste really hits and sweet sticky maple syrup over top really is a combo!

The classic margarita was a hit, that mozzarella is creamy nutty and flavourful the pizza don’t need loads of it because every last drop of it hits. The classic margarita is something I judge all pizzas from classic ingredients passata and mozzarella with touch of basil on great dough and it works.

Truffalo again another pizza with outstanding flavour combos, fresh quality mushrooms with that deep truffle vibe mixed with that nutty mozzarella is just Devine! I took this one home to have next day in air fryer and quick 3 minutes and that dough was perfect again!

I want to take a minute to throw some love on the dough, neapolitan is not my number 1 pizza base but these guys Dough is so airy smooth and crispy, I asked about the dough and was told it’s all handmade and home made, all fresh. I’ll be honest that is some huge respect!

The flavour profiles all round from the dough, passata, mozzarella to the toppings its quality throughout and for the price I’m not complaining at all. You can taste the hard work and the thought process, it’s refined it’s tasty and tbh I dint even know it was fully vegan, that’s a huge respect. Not a vegan personally but I would go eat this pizza weekly!

I recommend all the pizzas, and get that garlic mayo dip! Those crispy airy crusts and that dip is a combo!!!

Overall rating 9.5/10 - and that’s harsh only because the floppy ends but that’s personal I know these neapolitan styles have a flop but I do like my undercarriage to hold firm, but hey I’ll be back and I’m sure that be 10/10 soon!

The most amazing pizzas, so hard to chose which one, I want to eat them all. The dough is delicious. Would absolutely recommend, even to all the non plant based people out there, these are delicious.

Simply stunning pizzas! You can tell how much effort was put into creating everything on the pizza from the dough, to the sauces and the vegan mozzarella! My non-veganfriend also tried a pizza and he said it was the best pizza he has ever had. Can't wait to have it again🍕

The most delicious pizza, garlic pizzette & Arancini followed by the creamiest tiramisu! I promise you if you leave the crust normally you wont be on these pizzas. Always such tasty food!

Absolutely amazing pizza - some of the best I've ever had (vegan or otherwise) - I tried the Truffalo which was so creamy and mushroomy without being heavy at all. I can't wait to go back to try the others and the famous tiramisu
