Stayed here in February 2025 for one night on Business. This is probably the best run Guest house I have ever stayed in. It was also very competitively priced. The room was extremely comfortable and well appointed whilst not being over the top, the family who run it were very accommodating. There was a little bar which was perfect for that glass of wine as I finished working And breakfast was very good. The whole place is absolutely spotless.

Excellent hotel - nice rooms with old uk vibes. It has a coffee machine and major things u are looking for. The staff are very courteous, especially on the breakfast table. Breakfast is excellent with lots and lots of options. The location is also nice with fabulous local flavour. Nice experience guaranteed. Only difficulty I faced was rooms were on the second floor and there are no lifts. If u have big luggage, message them in advance to make the rooms on ground floor. A well recommended place!!

Highly recommend. Beautiful building and interior, plenty of parking front and back. Very welcoming and friendly team. Excellent breakfast with loads of options made fresh and constantly replenishing any toast or hot drinks. Room was warm, comfy, clean and nicely furnished. Good shower and plenty of tea coffee and hot chocolate. We would stay again. 10/10

Stayed here for two nights- work trip. I must say its
my first time staying at a lodge but it was absolutely lovely. The place was spotless clean the room was big and spacious although I think my company made a mistake booking me a family room. Customer service is really good everyone smiling. I think it’s a family run place. I didn’t have the breakfast, although it was included from my colleagues experience she said it was everything is bought to you. I definitely recommend if you’re in the area it’s a very nice experience in a quiet and quaint place

Stayed for a night and would happily stay again. Very welcoming, polite and pleasant staff, spotless rooms, VERY comfy beds, a generous array of tea/coffee/biscuits in the room, soaps and shower gels in the ensuite too. The local high street (5 mins walk away) has some EXCELLENT restaurants on there too.

The breakfast was spot on too. I opted for a full English, but they had a really good range to choose from. (Get the full English though!)

Overall, a great stay. Thank you to the wonderful staff!

Stayed one night here,our room was small but adequate with tea/coffee making facilities, hairdryer,tv,lovely shower & towels |Our room overlooked the kitchens next-door which were very noisy early morning, air con unit droning + the traffic, we needed to have the window open as it was very hot in the room! The accommodation appears to be undergoing some renovations outside but could do with updating inside!||Plenty of parking, great location & a lovely breakfast with plenty of choice!|

Friendly, Good service good breakfast,Good location. Ideal for our 1 night Leamington visit. Day 1 Beuaty Treatment, Gusto Risso for Lunch, Been for Dinner. Hotel within easy walk of town centre 8 minutes to Pump rooms and the Parade.|Loads of coffee shops and Shopping.
