We stayed for 5 nights. The location is relatively far from the city center, but buses are available and the stop is close to the location. The room is modern and clean. The air condision is hot in the rooms with central air conditioning. The elevator did not work on the first day but it was fixed the next day. The shower water on the upper floors is weak. The only remark that happened to us was that the bathroom sink water did not flow as normal and water collected and needed 2 hours to go. We reported that on the first day but it was not fixed. But the price is excellent compared to other areas.

I'm actually very happy with my studio and have not encountered any of the complaints in the reviews. This property is newly renovated and very modern. Studios are well equipped with needed cooking essentials, and units are quite soundproof. They allow pets, which is wonderful, and after 1 week here, there are no smells or mold. The staff has been very attentive and everything is clean. The entrance alley is strange, but I'm solo and feel safe. Transpo is great.

Extremely disappointing experience – would not recommend.
We had booked a 5-night stay at this accommodation, but unfortunately, it turned out to be one of the worst hospitality experiences we’ve ever had. The staff was consistently rude and unhelpful, showing a complete lack of courtesy and professionalism. To make matters worse, the receptionist—whom we had specially requested for the housekeeping to keep the rooms clean—did not clean our rooms even once during the entire stay.

As tourists, we were hoping for a comfortable and welcoming environment, but instead, we were met with poor service and indifference. I strongly advise fellow travelers to avoid this place if you’re looking for even basic standards of cleanliness and respect.

Clean and modern apartment in Brent Cross. Although close to a main road was very quiet. Positioned behind a petrol station so could be a little tricky to spot. You have to walk alongside forecourt which could be dangerous. ||Apartment does need a bit of maintainence. A couple of light fittings hanging down and sprinkler doesn't look like it has been finished off. ||Apartment a short walk from underground and overground stations. ||Easy to get to Wembley stadium via public transport.

I would give this 0 stars if I could. The absolutely worst experience I’ve ever had with a hotel. We were told we could collect our keys from a little code box at any time, when retrieving the key they were not there. Tried to get in contact with the owners multiple times and there was no answer. The owners wouldn’t even answer for booking.com. A terrible experience and we didn’t even get to stay in the room by the end of the night, had to travel elsewhere. Not ideal, would not recommend this.

I was booked in for today at Victoria Studios, but unfortunately, I experienced a family emergency—my nephew was involved in a serious accident and was in critical condition, making it impossible for me to travel to London. I reached out to Victoria Studios multiple times through the Booking.com app—on four separate occasions—to explain the situation and inquire about the possibility of a refund. Additionally, Booking.com themselves attempted to contact the property via email on my behalf.|Despite all these efforts, I  have received no response whatsoever from Victoria Studios. The complete lack of communication during a time of personal distress was extremely disappointing. While I understand that refund policies vary, the absence of even a simple acknowledgment or response shows a lack of professionalism. I would strongly urge others to consider this when choosing where to stay. Communication and empathy go a long way, especially in unforeseen circumstances. I got another email today confirming my stay even though they have ignored my previos 5 messages. I rang the number provided on the email and the call would not connect. I was able to get through the emergency number provided,however the lady said she could not help at all.

DO NOT STAY!!!
room was dirty, cobwebs everywhere ceiling light broken exposing wires, dead flies stuck to blind, Paint peeling off the wall, runs in blind, no TV remote and NO WATER FROM THE SHOWER!!! Tried to contact manager to no avail! Staff came into room to check drawers to see if we had "hidden the remote and to check I could use a shower correctly" SHOCKING APARTMENTS AND COMMUNICATION!! Still had no response from "MANAGER"

Absolutely terrible experience. Super unorganised as when I arrived at the hotel I found there no key and therefore had to travel elsewhere. It was very late and the 24 hour service was proven to be a lie as no one was there to help. Master key was also no where to be seen so didn’t even get to see my room.
