Had a really comfortable stay at Victorian Restoration.
Rooms are immaculate, from design to cleanliness.
Karl is a great host and extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the city. Breakfast well thought out and presented. Nothing too much trouble.

Absolutely beautiful hotel. The rooms are big, clean and neat. The owner helps you with everything you need help with and goes above and beyond. The breakfast outstanding including bakery, fresh fruits, juice and yogurt.

There is a bus stop right around the corner that brings you to the city center within 15 minutes. Anfield road is a 35 minute walk passing the goddison ground.

I highly recommend this place and will always come again when visiting the area. Price/value is unbeatable.

This is really nice spotlessly clean hotel that has a warm welcoming host called Karl . Me and my partner went for the Anfield stadium tour and we found this is a great location to be able to do that . I’d Highly recommend for any one visiting Liverpool and I’ll definitely be coming back .

Easily one of the best B&Bs we ever stayed. THe room was tastefully well fitted out and immaculately clean. The host Karl is the host you wish for as he is friendly,attentive, gives tips, and in our case even offered to come and collect us if we had got stuck in Chester due to railway strikes. Breakfast is cearels with yoghurt and lots of fresh fruit.

What a lovely place. Really clean. Karl was really helpful and friendly a really nice man. We wouldn't hesitate to come here again. If I had to be picky the bed was a little soft.

Beautifully renovated Victorian property in quiet and green area of Liverpool with good public transport links to city centre. Our room was on top floor with a relaxing view of Liverpool towers and Dockland. Designed with great taste, plenty of charging points, lights in right places, fast internet connection, comfortable beds, and bathroom.

Karl was so welcoming and helpful for us for the duration of our stay.
Rooms were immaculate and breakfast had a great selection of fruit and cereals.
We couldn’t be more happier with our stay, and very close to Anfield stadium.
