I can't recommend this place enough if you have children, they can feed the cows, meet lambs and piglets and collect eggs from the chicken coup. The views from the tent are of rolling hills and the place brings a sense of calm. The hot tubs are recommended added extra! The owners are the most friendly, welcoming people you will ever meet, you instantly feel like part of the family. I would also recommend meeting the alpacas with the alpaca sisters! The milkshakes are delicious, the kids love choosing from the vending machine, the milk is so creamy, I feel like I've eaten like a queen this week! The little personal touches in the tents make all the difference. If you're considering booking with a friend or family member, do it, you won't regret staying at the village farm getaway.

What an absolutely unique and wonderful place to stay. Audrey and Tim have cleverly catered for all desires - luxury safari tents that are beautifully, immaculately furnished with welcoming and thoughtful touches; plus all the necessities (fantastic log burner, fully equipped kitchen, lovely bathroom with heating, hot tub with amazing view, comfy beds with electric blanket for those more chilly nights, power etc) in a stunning rural setting at the heart of their dairy farm. A genuinely peaceful retreat with the option to get your wellies on and properly enjoy and learn about the farm. We fed calves, collected eggs every day, rode on tractors, built straw bale dens, played on rope swings and so much more. We didn't leave the farm in 4 days and still had plenty to do. Whether you are after a romantic retreat, reunion with friends or family holiday, Village Farm caters for all. This is a very special place with extremely warm and genuine hospitality.

Had an amazing stay at the Village Farm Getaway. The accommodation really exceeded my expectations. The canvas cottages were spacious, well kitted and immaculately clean. The host was really helpful and made an extra effort to make our stay as special as possible. It was great being able to experience the farm as well.

Lovely weekend at Village Farm Getaway. Tim and Audrey are very welcoming. Tim gave us a fantastic tour of the farm and a tractor ride over the fields. The tents were immaculate and the hot tub is very relaxing. I would thoroughly recommend a stay on the farm and enjoy the countryside.

Brilliantly fun working dairy farm! We had a fun educational tour of the farm, got to see the cows, the milking room, the grain stores and the machinery. Very cool! They have two beautiful glamping spots (with a hot tub each!😍) with beautiful views of the rolling landscape. Absolutely stunning and had just the best time, thanks farmer Tim!!!

Can't recommend this more highly. It is a beautifully tranquil place on a working dairy farm. The farm tour is an absolute must. Feed the chickens an collect eggs for breakfast. See the milking and let the kids enjoy the rope swing. Tim and Audrey did all they could to make our stay perfect. Plus it has a hot tub!
