The gym is big with all modern machines. Free weights area is spacious with plenty of equipment. The staff are extremely helpful and knowledgeable and are more than happy to help. There are lots of different classes throughout the day to try out.

Bar menu has nothing for vegans, but the staff are lovely and very accommodating - they always make me something nice.

All staff are very friendly and helpful here, especially Eric at poolside and a member of staff on gym reception, very attentive and presented as if they actually cared about the customer experience

Very spacious changing rooms and free lockers. Towels provided for a fee, or bring you own. No mobile phones poolside

The sauna and steam rooms are nice and warm and have always been clean

The pool is a fair temperature, and the whirlpool pool in lovely and warm

Some loungers around the side of the pool

Children's swim time on Saturdays so does get busy in the afternoon

We also had some lunch in the bar, fairly wide selection, no complaints. Parking was free on a Saturday

All in all, we enjoyed our visit and will be returning

A nice gym with friendly staff and good gym equipment. There is a pool but it needs some TLC as a lot of tiles have either broken or are missing. Changing rooms are great however.

I had a few PT sessions with Byron and he was fantastic. He answered all of my questions and was very knowledgeable and friendly. He understood exactly how to get me at my end goal and set me up for success with a full workout routine for me to follow.
If you need some help to get started at the gym and set you on the right track I would highly recommend booking in for PT sessions, especially with Byron.

The actual gym is filthy - really grubby like it hasn’t been cleaned in weeks. The machines are thick with dust and I feel the gym relies on the members to clean it not the staff.
Tried to flag it with management. No improvement seen. Great for cold & flu season germs to breed….

Sadly this is the state of the FAMILY changing facility yesterday when i took my two very young children for a swim. The stench of urine was so overwhelming i wanted to be sick. Most PUBLIC toilets are in a better state. This isn’t just one missed day of cleaning but rather days of neglect, despite the manager trying to convince me otherwise. Incredibly disappointing and out right disgusting!!

Showers, changing rooms and toilets are absolutely disgusting no matter the time of day. Already made a complaint about this through their website but its very clear nothing has been done to change the issue. By their reviews and talk on Facebook many other people have also complained but they obviously don't care to change anything. Also find the pool is cold.

Sadly what was once a clean, well run facility has become a bit of a s*** show. Filthy changing facilities, over subscribed and constant out of order facilities for mind boggling long times awaiting repair.

Annual price hikes with little no investment back into the gym. Constant changing of terms. And you just wait until you attempt to cancel, which is made nigh on impossible. Staff will tell you it just be done online (good luck with that). Phones won’t be answered when you call membership services.

Plenty of local alternatives that are not part of greedy chains. Avoid.
