We celebrated our 10 year anniversary recently so decided to visit the village for a treat. We opted for the package which included breakfast and £50 food voucher. The food was amazing value for money couldn't recommend it enough 👌 ||The free parking at weekend was an added bonus and we did have the option to use the gym and pool facilities but we didn't use them but they seemed very popular.||The zoo is walking distance and the centre is £6 in a taxi which was great for us.||Overall would definitely recommend and we will be returning.

We stayed for 1 night and we had the best time. The boys played golf and said the golf course was in excellent condition for March. They said it was a course they will definitely come back and play, especially in summer. The pub and grill was clean and the staff were amazing. We had drinks and our evening meal in there. Everyone’s meals were delicious and came out together and really hot. The staff were really attentive and couldn’t do enough for us. One of the bar staff, so sorry I didn’t get her name, made my little boy an ice cream and he was so happy! The bedroom was clean and very spacious and the reception staff were really helpful. Breakfast was hot and there was plenty of food out and available. The staff again were really attentive and amazing with our little boy. The gym and pool facilities were great. The pool was clean and warm and the staff on leisure reception were super friendly. A great stay and would recommend to everyone!

I have stayed here several times and love it. In terms
of value for money, room quality, the gym, pool, food in the restaurant and overall service I would give 5 * for all, a great place to stay.

The only small negative is the 1 room that has no window which personally I feel should not be used unless clearly and specifically told about this on booking, I had to get my room changed.

Apart from this a really brilliant place to stay, I will be back again and again!

Went for an early evening meal and catch up with friends. |I haven’t been here to eat since we were coming out of the pandemic. The food wasn’t up to much and they had run out of quite a few items on the menu - understandable at the time but unfortunately tonight wasn’t much better! Hey had run out of salmon which unfortunately the 3 of us had all chosen. The waitress came to let us know after we had ordered and paid. She was very nice and took our new order. |The food was well presented but we all agreed it was pretty tasteless.|My friend is a member of the devere so thankfully we got a discount - otherwise it would have been very expensive for a below average meal.

We went as a group to the Benidorm reunion weekend break. This included room, breakfast and gala meal followed by a show. I'm not reviewing the weekend break just the hotel. The room we were given was called a double plus 1, which was a double bed a small single sofa bed. I had to ring reception to request the sofa bed be removed as the smell of urine was overpowering and the mattress was heavily stained (the bed was open as someone else had already been offered the room but the single bed was only big enough for a small child) A guy came for the sofa and on moving it the floor was left covered in crisps and an old t-shirt. The guy did come and vacuum the floor. The double bed was comfortable.|The hotel provided the gala meals on both nights, it was really poor. Firstly we weren't even told what the menu was, it was just put in front of us. No choices, only for people who had previously advised food allergies etc. the quality of the food was poor.|Breakfast on the other hand was good.|It was my first stay at a village hotel and I must admit I did have high expectations, these were soon dashed. The bedrooms were bare and uninviting, premier inn rooms are far better.|The pool and exercise offering was good.||Noone from the hotel approached me, with regards to the urine stained bed, to apologise. This was the least I expected. |I won't stay at a Village hotel again.

Can’t really fault the hotel apart from a few things that would make my stay much better.||Both indoor and outdoor pool was great. Outdoor pool was actually heated this time and makes a big difference. ||Rooms really need a mini fridge to store drinks and insulin. The room did provide a fan but air con would be much better as it can get hot in summer. ||Breakfast was good and lots of choice. Eggs too watery and they didn’t have no veggie sausages that day.

We have stayed here a number of times and returned again on Wednesday for the evening. |Evening was perfect check inn is 3pm and we arrived early at 1.30 our room wasn't ready so we had a drink in the bar . The man behind the bar was brilliant and explained if you show the app you get 5 % discount it all adds up. Our room 431 was ready at 2.30 and the room was lovely and you could see it had been modernised and s lovely view over the golf course. |We went swimming twice and the pool was lovely and warm and the outside pool not to warm but still lovely. It was nice to have free towels to use.|We ate in the busy bar and food and service was first class I feel the menu is quite expensive however it was kids eat free so that helped. |We had paid and got £20 worth of food and nobody told us how to use the voucher you have to charge the food to the room. Harrison the manager was brilliant and went out of his way to help us out.|Breakfast was lovely and vegetarian sausages available upon request. |We will definitely recommend and return.

Lovely hotel. Clean, modern room with a comfy bed. Lovely staff. Great pool facilities with sauna, steam room and spa pool. However, no waffles available at breakfast after being told there would be which was a shame.
