We stay here as a family a couple of times a year for trips away. It is a really well kept hotel, everything is clean and comfortable. The location is good for us and the staff are so friendly and helpful, we have never come across anyone who is not more than happy to go out of the way to make your stay great. This time we had some lovely treats and surprises left in our room by the front of house team for my daughter's birthday which really made her day. Thanks you!

Excellent customer service at check-in. Charlotte was
engaging, helpful and with a wonderful smile. Room 119 was well presented and comfortable. Located just outside City centre, however typical hotel prices in the restaurant it was expensive with just 7 mains on the menu

Stayed the other weekend and just wanted to say what a lovely time my partner and I had. The staff were all lovely, especially Charlotte, Belle and Chloe on reception. Great distance to the city centre and good transport links too. Would definitely recommend staying here if you’re ever in Leeds.

This is the first time ever leaving a review and I just felt like I had to. The customer service was absolutely brilliant the staff was very friendly kind and welcoming, I believe there was a young lady by the name of Maisie. She really did make our experience and time in the hotel very smooth and helped with any issues or queries we had. Rooms were comfy and will definitely be booking again in the near future

Leaving this review to highlight the exceptional customer service provided by Charlotte and Belle. They were attentive, responsive, and went out of their way to assist.

As for the stay itself, it was satisfactory. However, the hotel rooms could benefit from some modern upgrades, particularly the addition of air conditioning. The pillows, in particular, could be improved for better comfort.

Stayed recently at the hotel, really great atmosphere and amazing facilities. Had really good food from the pub that was reasonable priced and enjoyed using the gym. All the staff went above and beyond to help throughout our stay, especially Chloe, Charlotte and Belle who left some treats in my room. I will definitely stay again 🙂

It’s why I’m able to recommend the gym membership with confidence to friends who are considering improving their lifestyle. |When I have a coffee with my friends I can’t help but notice the professionalism of the reception staff who have to deal with a whole host of issues and situations typical of any hotel. In particular Chloe, Belle, Charlotte, Cat and Eileen are brilliant at dealing with the customers. |Well done!

Honestly had such an amazing time with my partner, we have been here since 3, been enjoying the spa facilities and then rested, got ready and popped out for dinner. Now we are back at the hotel in the bar, just been served by a lovely lady called Neema and Lewis, they have made the amazing cocktails for us and we have honestly enjoyed the conversation and lovely hospitality. Thank you for making our experience so amazing.
