We enjoyed our stay here. The Club room was well appointed with a very comfortable bed and generous supply of pillows. The only thing missing that would have made it perfect was a mini fridge. It was good to have free access to the gym which is absolutely enormous and very well maintained. Breakfast was good too. I was pleased to find one could order veggie sausages as there were none on the prepared hot buffet. The only disappointment was lack of good decaffeinated coffee.A sachet of cheap instant decaff is hardly what I had hoped for in a hotel of this magnitude and quality.

What can I say? From the very moment we entered the hotel, the service we received was amazing. My partner had booked online through a third party app. He had accidentally booked us a twin room, we spoke to Lucie at reception and she was more than happy to correct his mistake, and upgrade us to a double room, and even got us checked in 30 minutes before check in time. We can’t praise her enough, she was so lovely, helpful and polite and couldn’t do enough to help us, an absolute asset to the company. Our room was lovely and clean, and the shower was brilliant. We headed down to the spa to have a look around, the staff at the spa entrance were also all lovely and helpful and answered any questions we had. We used the pool and sauna facilities which were all great and well kept. We also had the buffet breakfast, which was lovely and fresh with loads of food options. It was our first time visiting this hotel and we will definitely be back.

Had such a good time! Great, funny, friendly and very helpful staff. The room was absolutely lovely and well worth the money. Food was quality but it is abit on the expensive side if you’re planning on staying a while. The drinks and cocktails are well worth the money for the quality. Cleaning staff were very friendly and helpful. Will definitely be going again!

Booked a club room , better to save your money and book a normal room. I was given two single beds zipped together by a double mattress topper which had a dip in the middle where the two beds were joined making it extremely uncomfortable . The noise from deliveries at the service yard during the night and staff out speaking extremely loud made it impossible to sleep as constantly being woken up (invest in sound proofing) , cooked breakfast in the morning was well inedible , got a shock off of one of the sockets in the room , heat sensor in the room kept bleeping any time the heating was put on so it was freeze or again be woken up by the noise , no one available at reception during the night , left as quick as possible in the morning . Will never be back here

Our stay was nice but all I can say is if your using this hotel as a quiet getaway rethink it! We where on the first floor above the pool, we where woken up by the sound of what I think would be the music for the water Aerobics. Cleaners hovering at 8:30 at night (at least that’s what it sounded like) or could have been mistaken for someone’s hairdryer - could hear absolutely everything going on from upstairs and the corridor. Food was nice but please reconsider if you’re wanting a quiet stay. It won’t be this, and actually became so stressed because of the noise.

Hotel staff were all so friendly and helpful. We stayed for the New Years Eve celebration with music and dinner. The food was delightful. The serving staff were excellent. We loved the music which included a solo singer and a boy band tribute act. So many people up dancing. It was really good fun. Apparently the music was not as scheduled as the booked act had severe illnesses. Some people didn’t like this and gave staff a hard time. Not sure why as it wasn’t their fault and it was a thoroughly enjoyable night. Manager Andrew was excellent and updated why the acts in weren’t as planned. If you are let down (illness) but still manage a good night of entertainment take a bow Andrew and thank you. We will definitely be back.

Always a great place to stay.
The rooms are spacious with plenty of hanging space. drawers & if you need to work there is a desk with sockets & USB points.
The walk in shower is lovely with complimentary toiletries.
Donna in housekeeping is always helpful and ready to supply extra tea/coffee/milk if needed.
Breakfast is plentiful and always hot and replenished regularly.
Hannah Katy Kath and all the other girls are 100% on the ball clearing tables tidying up.
Great selection of everything including all kinds of tea, yogurt, fruit, cereal, pastries, cooked items juices & water.
I asked at the bar & they filled my water bottle to take away.
Reception girls run an efficient and friendly front desk.
Hayley was lovely as were the other girls who I didn’t get their names.
Check in/check out very easy.

Thank you

Stayed with family for two nights just after Christmas. We had a great deal, including breakfast, spa and money to spend on eve meal. ||The room was ok, although a little gloomy. But comfy bed. |The issue on both nights was the noise from other rooms. Children running up and down corridors and running and jumping in rooms above. |After the first day I went upstairs to see if that was the case and spoke to a couple of staff who apologised saying the guests in the room above had checked out. |However that eve. New guests with two/three children checked in and the banging/running etc was still going on at 11pm. |I then went to reception. To be fair to the staff the situation was resolved. |It won’t put us off using the hotels as we find them in convenient locations with good facilities, but next time we are going to ask to go on the top floor to avoid the issues.

Go up
