Fab stay for a party at the hotel and great function room - super helpful staff (Connor ) and everything was organised. ||Would use again. Helpful to have guest rooms for friends and family to stay and make a weekend of it rather than just one night. ||We paid for a 1 night stay during their sale and it included swimming and breakfast - bargain!||We loved Starbucks on site and used the restaurant for dinner and swimming - you can’t get bored here. ||We visited the ice rink the next day which was in walking distance

Just had a wonderful stay at the village.
Rooms were tidy and in great condition.
Food was amazing, my steak was cooked to perfection! Staff were highly professional and bent over backwards for our family.
Rounded the weekend off with a bit of r&r in the steam room and pool. Would highly recommend and we will be returning, keep up the good work!

We had a family celebration and stay at the village Swindon and everything from booking in, to enjoying the room was great. The Function room was being prepared as we were having a look around and the staff could not have been more helpful . Through the evenings party the staff including Conor, Freya and Chelsea made us feel welcome and looked after and nothing was too much trouble. Well done the village.

Had a great couple of night stay here, all the staff we spoke to were friendly and super helpful. The location is good too, with a bowling alley, cinema, Pizza Hut on the complex and an Asda, Greggs and McDs a short stroll away. Breakfast was great too. Thanks to everyone at the Village hotel for making our stay so memorable. Only minor moan was no USB ports in the rooms, take your plug adaptors.

Most of the staff are welcoming and friendly. The rooms are spacious with a sofa and a bath. The internet connection was very good. The only disappointment was the food. I ordered the £30 mixed grill that the menu proudly announces has 14oz of meat this is not true (see pics) I ask for the chips to be replaced with something non carb based and the guy said I could have an extra sausage but it was delivered by an angry woman who said that I couldn't have the sausage and her manor said take it or leave it. If I'd eaten that day I would have sent it back. See pictures. what you get for £30 I wouldn't buy it again. Breakfast is great.

Nice hotel. Clean and spacious room. The gym facilities are up to date and lots of equipment. The staff are lovely, especially Evie at the bar. She was attentive and friendly. Will definitely visit again. The food was also good and good parking areas.

Located in West Swindon, a short bus or taxi ride from the centre.
Quick check-in with friendly service if help is required.
Rooms were a good size and well decorated and maintained. Tea and coffee station in the room (could do with alternative milk, but that's not easily available yet)
The spa facilities are nice and well maintained too and a very reasonable £5 extra.
Lots of local entertainment nearby too.

I popped in for breakfast with my partner and the service was lovely. We requested poached eggs instead of the scrambled and veggie sausages also, the staff were lovely ! They Couldn’t have done anymore to help. Whilst going up for more toast we met the lovely chef, Sandra. Although busy she still took the time to chat to us. ||The staff serving were so extremely helpful and nice we took their names ||Wendy |Morgan |Landon|Evie ||Thank you for your warm welcome amd making everyone in the restaurant feel welcome and catered for. ||We will most definitely be back !!
