I had the express neck and shoulders and express back massage here a few days ago and I was sooo pleasantly surprised! The treatment was the best I ever had , the atmosphere was lush and I left so relaxed I couldn’t believe it. Georgie was so nice and gave me great advice to help with my tense back. I visited Vitality last Friday afternoon for an Alpine Glade treatment. After being warmly greeted and having a foot soak, I was led to the treatment room where I received a delightful, relaxing treatment. The scents were soothing as well as the treatment itself which got rid of the tension in my neck. My feet were pampered as well. I felt lighter and more relaxed for the whole weekend. Thanks for another fantastic treatment. I can’t wait to try the next Wanderlust experience!

The team were friendly, knowledgable and they absolutely tailor their approach to your needs. With a complimentary foot soak whilst completing the necessary admin was a sheer delight as well as the complimentary infusion afterwards to slowly bring you back to normality.

The treatment itself was thorough, indulgent, relaxing and exceptionally well executed. Even the express facial completely relaxed my body from head to toe. With beautiful smells, low lighting and soft music, Vitality truly transport you.

What was a really nice touch to top it all off, was the aftercare assessment including observations, suggested future actions/ additions/ alterations to current existing skin care routine.

Utter bliss as soon as you walk through the door ! Such a friendly greeting paired with a warm foot soak before having the best treatment ever ! Georgie is so talented and treats every experience with a such a bespoke nature. I have had extremely bad headaches, neck and should pain for years and have never found had a massage that actually has lasting effects until now. Every time I go it’s tailored to my needs and I feel like I float out of the door - highly recommend!!

Wow what a treatment, we had the pearl couple package. I cannot recommend it enough, from head to toe luxury we left feeling relaxed and new. Our hands and feet like most people get worked hard but the personalised rub followed by a wrap has made them feel so nice! The aftercare for vitality is second to none with a relaxation room with soft blankets, a warm wheatie bag on your shoulders, chocolates, Prosecco and herbal tea you truly never what to leave. If you are looking for relaxation, unwinding, a de-stress or just to feel spoilt then this treatment is the best thing for you!

Just come back from a wonderful Head to Toe treatment. The spa is lovely and the therapists are very friendly, talented and knowledgable. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience here which I treated myself to for my birthday. The therapists make you feel relaxed and at ease from the moment you walk in to the moment you are leaving.
