I came into the nail spa not knowing what to expect as i have never had my nails done before, but i saw the good reviews and thought i would take a chance. So glad i did, the customer service was great and it was such a welcoming, clean and lovely experience. The nails absolutely met my expectations and would return. So happy! thank you

best nails ever !!!! this is my new favourite nail spa, amazing nails and excellent customer service, the staff stayed open late on a SATURDAY for me and my friend when another salon let us down, they were so so sweet about it and even tho they were staying late they still took the time to make sure both me and my friend had the PERFECT nails. the attention to detail is better than anywhere in colchester. the nails were EXACTLY as i asked and not thick or clunky either, got exactly what i wanted. so impressed by the service here this will be my salon forever. 10/10 nails and service

It’s been a month since I got my nails done and they’re still perfect! They were done very beautifully and the attention was really nice although I had to wait for a bit for the technician to be available. It would be great to be able to book in advance so that doesn’t happen. Other than that, it was great! Going back soon to get a new set done 🙂

Highly recommend this nail salon, best in Colchester! Got exactly what I asked for, the salon was clean, the staff were friendly and my nails lasted 5.5 weeks on holiday! And they didn’t lift one bit or the french tip didn’t chip at all! Thank you so much 🙂
