Wall Eden Farm - Rural Holiday Retreat - East Huntspill

We ended up finding this gem after the M5 was closed both ways and needed a place to take our two young children to avoid the 6 hour delay. We only stayed one night but we will definitely go back in the future. The site is immaculate, everyone was very welcoming and helpful. We planned to leave early the following morning but we ended up staying and having a go at the archery which was great.

This is our second visit to stay in the log cabins. We are a provision for students with additional needs. The cabins are perfect with easy accessibility and have everything you need. the facilities and activities are well organised and fun. Every member of the Wall Eden Team from the owner to chamber maids could not be more helpful. Nothing is too much trouble . The barn bar is a wonderful space to relax over a cake and coffee. A special thank you to STU who runs the activities and water sports he has a wonderful sense of humour and made our students so welcome and encouraged them in everything they took part in. Have a go at cornhole it's so much fun. Thank you again for a wonderful holiday

The perfect place to unwind and relax. Accommodation has everything you need, immaculately clean, spacious and comfortable. Lovely views and not overlooked. We were in the smaller cabin, Duckling which comes with hot tub. Ample room for family of 3 or 4. We also did the shooting and canoe hire which was good fun. If you fancy a meal out, try the Red Cow, TA9 4BE, 10 min drive, you won't be disappointed, delicious home cooked food.

Really peaceful setting. Very comfortable lodges. Loads of space between the lodges with room littke knes or dogs to run around. | Loved the hot tub. My boys, 15 and 22 really enjoyed the archery, air rifle and axe throwing. Very friendly personal service. Totally recommend.

EPIC!|We were a group of 12 friends celebrating 3 x 50th birthdays as a surprise weekend.|We booked 2 lodges- Kingfisher and Otters Bank both with hot tubs and couldn’t have been more pleased with them.|Well equipped and brilliantly positioned in a tranquil setting.|Lodges themselves were spacious enough to take 12 of us for games and gathering to eat. Rooms and corridors more spacious than expected and 2 toilets perfect for sharing in 6s.|Lodges were well equipped with all we needed and to have starter tea coffee, toilet roll and toiletries was a lovely touch.|The staff couldn’t have been more helpful often offering to take photos when passing, always friendly and accommodated us by bringing bbqs and letting us in slightly early to decorate.|We didn’t use the bar very much but it was a lovely space and the farm shop is small yet perfectly formed. |We used our own paddle boards here but the adventure staff were very supportive, friendly and helpful. |To find a venue that suited the whole twelve and everyone who attended thought we couldn’t find better is testament to the hidden gem that Wall Eden Farm is . We were self contained all weekend making our own entertainment but could see how you could equally love the place for some r n r. |We were worried about neighbours hearing us as although we hired a silent disco there was some singing however on checking in with them they didn’t hear a thing and were in disturbed all weekend which is again testament to the quality of the lodges.|We are already planning a reunion tour.

We went for the day for the canoeing and the axe throwing. It was the perfect experience. Stuart and the rest of the team made it so enjoyable and easy to have fun. Canoeing was quiet, peaceful, with beautiful scenery in high quality equipment. The axe throwing was made so fun despite it only being the two of us and we had such a great day. We will 100% be returning to the lodges next time to stay fully and get the whole experience.

We arrived to be greeted by Stu who was very helpful and explained the day to us

We done archery, Axe throwing and rifle shooting. Stu was very patient and gave us a great experience
He helped to ensure everyone was looked after and that everyone was enjoying themselves
We felt totally at ease and it was a laid back day
We stayed for coffee and cake after and met some more staff who were extremely friendly
I would highly recommend it and you don’t have to stay there to do the activities

I cannot rate this place highly enough.|We stayed in Barn Owl log cabin which was beautiful, huge, clean, and just a delight to stay in.|The site is immaculate and quite obviously developed from a place of love and not a plastic commercial alternative.|The whole site is quiet, remote, and exactly what we wanted.|It’s not really local to anything so you’ll need a car to get about.|And there is nothing to ‘do’ on the site but that’s entirely the point!|You can sign up for Wall Eden Adventure activities - we did rifle shooting and was the best and incredibly immersive on site activity we’ve done on all our holidays.|But if you’ve not done that you’re chilling on your balcony with a local cider watching the resident sheep nibble your lawn, or bbq-ing some local sausages bought from the on site shop outside your cabin, or down by the fire pit making s’mores (ingredients also found in the shop), or walking along the river that runs along the back of the site, or swinging in a hammock, or sharing last nights sausages with one of the timid little wild cats living in the woods.||Weston super mare is lovely and about 20 mins drive away.|Burnham on sea is a bit closer but not a lot happening there!|But if you happen to meat the owner he will give you hints on places to go and see.||Beautiful place. Will absolutely come again.
