On booking I requested a twin room but on arrival although there were twin beds they were made up as a double. I informed reception straight away and they said it would be sorted. Three hours later nothing had been done. I informed reception again and then a third time 2 hours after that as it still had not been sorted. Finally, after returning from dinner, it was done. But for this I would have given 5 stars. The venue is lovely and once the walkway undercover to the spa is finished, that will be a big improvement. We only dined in the market kitchen but the food quality and selection was excellent.

Firstly, the photo deceives. Most rooms are in a separate large wing and are standard - nothing fancy but got what you need. Comfy bed, too. Unless you're paying a lot, you won't be in the Manor House.
Secondly, this seems to be a favourite venue for the retired. Being in our 40s, we were the youngest there by at least 20 years. That didn't matter much as we still had fun, but we felt like we were part of a retirement coach trip. No offence intended to anybody.
Entertainment was brilliant. Great venues. Good choice of bars and restaurants but nowhere for bar food, only bar snacks and drinks.
There were so many people there (a bit like a holiday village overseas). At breakfast, tables weren't being cleared after customers had left. There were so many tables full of dirty plates etc.
Staff were great and really helpful and welcoming. Lovely grounds, great wildlife (lots of impressive Kites).
We probably won't go back because of the clientele not suiting what we were after, but we did have a lovely time, and people seem to go back time and time again.

Birthday stay, 4 nights with friends. Wonderful break & very lucky with the weather so could enjoy a muddy walk around the huge grounds. Pool, sauna, steam room and outdoor hot tub were a real highlight as we could swim before breakfast. All the other free activities were great fun. Food superb & staff so very friendly and helpful.
Close to Blenheim palace for a day out & lots of picturesque Cotswold villages on another day out.
Loved every moment.

We did a 3 day stay and it was amazing. The staff go above and beyond with their service in the bars and restaurants as well as the entertainment and the effort they put in is very much appreciated.The place is immaculate in terms of cleaning and hygiene. There are loads of activities to choose from and loads of entertainment to pick from in the evenings. The decor of the entire hotel is absolutely stunning and the grounds are beautiful! Also big shoutout to Ryan, his charisma and the way he works his audience during the quiz is absolutely brilliant!

I stayed overnight in January and enjoyed the spa treatments, a delightful meal in the ballroom, and a buffet breakfast at the Market Kitchen. The property has been newly refurbished, modern and yet still preserves its classic charm without feeling stuffy. It’s spacious (vast even!), with several bars and entertainment venues, and the staff are friendly and welcoming. It’s a premium experience, but well worth it if it fits your budget.

Great location, great venue, very nice break. However one down side is that our room was not particularly well cleaned when we arrived. We found a used face wipe on the floor, used soap.in the shower and a drawer full of kinky underwear ! On returning all of this to reception we were met with ..oh very sorry, I would have expected something a little more, even if only a complimentary drink. There was also a sense that some people have an attitude in booking or reserving tables and activities and then not turning up. This deprived others of opportunities. I felt it was all a bit pompous!
But all that said, it's a lovely place, food amazing and we had a good time.

We spent 2 nights over a weekend as a treat paid for by family. Lovely room and super helpful members of staff. Good location for exploring the Cotswolds. The hot tubs, steam room, and sauna were great. The pool is only 1m deep, so too shallow. Other guests said the golf is good here. The pool and games room meant we enjoyed some family time. The most irritating thing was that there were no spaces left on activities like archery when we tried to book them on check-in. Booking these type of activities seemed impossible unless you know the system.

My 1st time at a Warners & went with a friend for a spa break. Wow I didn't expect the food to be so good, absolutely 5star service and food was the best. Spa was lovely, treatments amazing . Bedroom was cozy but can't fault the whole place .Entertainment team was so friendly and all very talented. I will be back there was lots we didn't get chance to do !
