Enjoyed a great weekend. Chalets very clean and comfortable. Our waitress was fantastic, always going the extra mile to accommodate our large group, the food is by far the best I have had in a British holiday complex. A very varied selection at breakfast and evening meals 5*. Hotel staff extremely helpful, I cannot rate you highly enough. We will return in warmer weather 🤞

We and our dancing friends (8 people) enjoyed everything that was provided. Wonderful New Years celebration and we do lots of stuff normally. Ethusiastic staff, nothing was too much trouble we really had a ball. Even the panto was really good fun. A Highland piper even played us out of bed into breakfast on New Years Day (Lovely) very well done to all at Norton Grange for a fantastic effort for visitors New Year celebration. Real value for money. So good we all booked in again for this year!!!!!!!

As always we had a great time, the room was newly refurbished, smelt fresh and was very tidy and clean, the grounds were beautiful, even though there wasn’t colour due to the time of the year, meals were amazing , all staff really friendly, we had an amazing deal, and Andy the concierge/ waiter , did a great job, and managed to get us the table we always sit at for dining, when its available, he has a great demeanour, an asset to the company. As we live on the IOW we decided to have a two night break for rest and relaxation. Not perfect but we had a lovely time. |The positives: Staff, food, bed comfort, value for money, pool (although not disabled friendly. |Not so good : Standard chalet nice and warm and all we needed but does need updating. |Would have preferred to be able to choose where we sat at meals rather than directed to same table each meal. |We would come again.

We booked a weekend break to see if we liked Warners as heard good things, and nice to look forward to after Christmas. ||Wasn't sure what to expect when I realised we were staying in a chalet, not a hotel. It was lovely. Plenty of room, great shower, comfortable beds etc. And no one above you. Slight disappointment was the wardrobe which could have been a little bigger. No problem for a weekend, but would be a bit tight if we'd booked a longer break. ||Situated right on the coast, and imagine it's wonderful in the summer. The food was excellent, couldn't fault it. Activities are on offer, but need to be booked asap as fill up quickly. We did shooting and archery. A big shout out to Steve Crockett who ran both sessions. He was absolutely brilliant. Took great care of us, instructions were clear, all done with a wonderful sense of humour. He is a massive credit to Norton Grange.||Entertainment every night. Seats fill quickly. The Abba tribute band were brilliant.||Another shout out to Karen in the holiday shop. We wanted to check out the offers on display. Karen was very patient and gave brilliant advice on what break would suit us. All done in a non pushy way which is unusual these days.||Husband used the swimming pool and said it was really warm, and the sauna and jacuzzi past the test too. ||Recommend this place and we have booked for a slightly longer break in March.

Four night 'Turkey and Tinsel' break from 16-20 Dec. Stayed in a Premier chalet, which was clean, had a bath, and a comfy bed. Perfectly warm in the cold nights.||FOOD|Overall very good standard. Breakfast lovely - Eggs Royale/Benedict, omelettes, kippers, haddock and poached eggs, pancakes all cooked to order if you don't fancy a full english or continental.||Evening meals good as well - only one totally tasteless meal (tamarind sweet and sour pork - chef should have tasted that before sending it out!), and yet (the same night) their Thai Prawn Curry was exceptional.||ENTERTAINMENT|First night was the entertainment team, and they all sang well. Tuesday night was 'Diamond Nights', a Neil Diamond tribute act who was very good. Wednesday had Steve Stephens (comedian) who was also very entertaining. Also music from 'Cowboy Joe', who was decent enough, and a favourite with the regulars.||Only damp Squib was last night with the entertainment team, who had a show with music from films that went on to stage. Only problem was the choice of films - Billy Elliot and Legally Blonde were totally unknown to the vast majority of the 70+ age range of the audience. Had never heard some of the songs before. Why not Grease, Mamma Mia , Oklahoma or the Sound of Music for the older audience?||OVERAL|Excellent break. I prefer Norton Grange to Warner's Bembridge site, and will be returning.

Amazing weekend spent there with my family. Food and staff were amazing. Our waiter charlie was fabulous, so attentive and a great welcoming smile. Look forward to returning again.

Very conveniently located a short car ride (or even) walk from the ferry, the Norton Grange has good quality rooms. Although be prepared for some rooms being newly refurbished and in better quality than other blocks.

The food is excellent and service is second to none. Recommended to go during all inclusive weekends since the drinks prices are typically expensive. Entertainment is separate from the dining area, unlike, say the Lakeside venue in Hayling Island. This is an advantage.

First time visitor and would definitely return in the future.
