Recently refurbished with very good decor and furniture.|We stayed in standard rooms with bifold doors and balconies and they were excellent. |Posh biscuits, good pillows, towels and loo paper, bathrobes available to rent and buy, free wifi with no log in/password were all nice touches.||The food choices were good on the buffet and well cooked although we felt that none of it was hot enough. There were available options direct from the kitchen too.|The staff were attentive and friendly and service in the dining room was quick but unfortunately the level of noise in the very large area of the dining room was unbearable and spoilt our breakfast and evening meals.||The evening entertainment was professional and popular.||On the whole, a good value and enjoyable break.

Just returned home after a 4 night stay and had a great time. We stayed in room 472 which was advertised as a sea view however what is not made clear is when you are say in your room most of the view is to the car park. ! The room is also one of the furthest away from the restaurant and would recommend for people with mobility issues. The food on the first night stay (Mon 6th Jan) there were no specials on so it was either a roast or sea bass which was very disappointing fortunately specials returned for the remaining nights. One observation on the food during the stay plenty of choices for breakfast however evening meals there is too many spicy dishes or roasts. |Facilities wise the Pool and spa are excellent and the activities were great. There are no activities available on Mondays or Fridays which was very disappointing as we arrived early were unable to access the room until 3pm and only swimming was available and the same applied on Fridays we would have liked to have checked out then gone shooting or archery. The entertainment was excellent and a shout out to the lead singer of the resident band sailaway Jana who we felt was the best singer we have seen at any Warner hotel . We look forward to returning again soon .

We had a family high tea at Sinah Warren Hotel today. What an amazing time we had in the Mad Hatters Tea Room. The food was fantastic. Proper sandwiches, not just finger sandwiches. Amazing cakes and plenty of tea and coffee.
But better than the food were the fantastic staff, who couldn't do enough for us, very attentive but not over intrusive.
Thank you all.

Lovely friendly hotel. Rooms in the hotel are warm, comfortable and spacious. Shower is good. Bed was super comfy and spacious. Mini fridge in the room. Ironing board and iron. Hot drinks supplied and a kettle. Lots of clothes storage. Lifts to upper floors of the hotel. The food is plentiful. You serve yourself for the main. Waitress service for the starter and desert. Waitress service is friendly, discreet and efficient.
The shows are slick and professional with the tribute acts outstanding.
The entertainers provide endless quizzes and bingo. They are friendly and inclusive.
The outdoor activities such as archery and rifle range looked good. But spaces were booked up and gone before 09:30 each day. Sadly no other opportunity to participate after that.
Lots of places for gathering together for coffee and cake and a catch up! Board game’s available are a bit tired and in short supply.
Beautiful grounds. Lots of on site parking. Swimming pool and spa available. Looked good but we didn’t try these facilities.

We had one of the garden rooms, which was clean and tidy. However, there was a bit of mould in the bathroom, at the bottom of the shower tray. Entertainment was good, particularly liked the 80's Explosion, as this was 'our decade'. Staff were all friendly, welcoming and helpful as you would expect. We feel the only thing that warranted a 4 star rating was the food. Breakfast and lunch were good, although there was no indication on what dishes were what. Annoying if you were vegetarian. Also, a little confusing if you wanted something other than the carvery, as it wasn't explained too well that you had to queue and ask. It struck us a bit 'canteen like'. Previous trips to Warner hotels - the food and its delivery were second to none. We are sure that previous New Year eve's at Warner hotels we had al a carte menus with waiting service. In The Pavilion lounge we noticed a lot of the sofa chairs were very worn and could do with an upgrade/repair. The panto was a disappointing compared to other Warner hotel ones. The lady who took the Salsa class was an excellent teacher (think her name was Lauren). Had an excellent back and neck massage in the treatment rooms. The gym was really good with up to date equipment. Location is excellent, and even with these small issues we had a really good time.

Absolutely fantastic holiday! We booked for New Year's and it was the best celebration we've had in years.
The staff were all lovely, entertainment was fantastic and the hotel went out of their way to make sure our new year was non stop fun and celebrations.
4 course meal on new years eve , all inclusive drinks from 6pm every night and lovely friendly guests. We're a little younger than the average age guest ( 46 and 50) but the atmosphere is welcoming and we met some lovely people.

We've been to a few Warners now, but this was our favourite.

We stayed for the three day new year break. We booked an upgraded signature room. |On arrival at 14.45 we were welcomed by a friendly team outside in the driveway as normal. ||We were sent to Car parks 2 & 3 and unfortunately both were full, on closer inspection the parking was awful with no guide lines on 3 and had it been managed for that short arrival period there would have been no problem and plenty of room.||Anyway after having to double park we went to our room and found it clean but disappointing.|It was old and grubby (maintenance wise) and we did not feel was a signature room as we had stayed in before. We tried to go to reception but it was rammed and after a long wait we gave up and decided to put up with our room 105. ||We then went to the restaurant to sort out our table location armed with our pre-booked eating times that we had been pestered constantly prior to arriving. The friendly supervisor sorted out a table for us albeit in a corridor and then explained that we could come down and eat when we liked and just ignore the times we pre-booked. ||We then went to the lounge and had a very poor quality glass of mulled wine placed on a buffet table which to be honest we have had better in Lidls followed by a small cocktail mince pie from Iceland frozen foods. ||In the restaurant our waiter Tinu was very attentive and looked after us well so no complaints there. ||We decided to use the hot & cold buffet throughout as nothing really appealed on the menu of served few items. ||We found the food generally disappointing and at times felt like very average school diners, definitely a considerable deterioration from our previous stay in October 2023. The food was of poor quality, overcooked, not very fresh, unappetising and never very hot. ||There was very little obvious management on hand and the only night we saw official suits was on new Years eve and they just stood about at the entrance chatting amongst themselves. ||The restaurant buffet unit was not managed either with no real queue system so diners were pushing in from all angles, there was a constant stale food smell which i think was caused by the lack of thorough cleaning of the buffet unit between meals or dirty food stained carpets. ||On a plus point the Entertainment standard was general good and the in house team worked very hard and were a talented bunch that really appeared to enjoy their jobs.||The Bar and lounge service was very hit and miss and on many occasions the tables were littered with dirty glasses, the staff seemed to be overworked and looked exhausted most of the time. ||Organised activities were good especially the archery team member shout out to him. There did seem to be confusion about start times.||General communication was extremely poor all over the hotel during our stay and we heard many guests complaining about time changes etc. The fireworks event as one example nobody seemed to know what was going on. When it actually happened it was excellent. They seemed a lack of communication between the departments and nobody to smooth the operations and advise the guests about many aspects of the holiday.||Housekeeping we chose not to have our room cleaned on the 31st Dec our first morning after but surprised to learn that there was not any housekeeping whatsoever on New Years day. We saw a young lady in the corridor who gave us some more tea-bags. |We felt very pressurised to vacate our room from 09.30 onwards on departure day and surprised that there was not any leniency given there was a mass exodus and we had paid the holiday premium. This may have been the cleaning ladies wanting to finish earlier i am not sure.||Although we enjoyed most of our stay we did not feel it was worth what we paid and probably will not return to Sinah Warren again.

We went to this hotel with another couple.... We had never been to a Warner's hotel before, and we were pleasantly surprised at the professionalism and friendlyness of ALL of the staff, from the bar, restaurant, cleaning, maintenance, and reception staff. The particular room we had was very spacious, nicely decorated and furnished, with a very comfortable 6' bed. With regards to food, the choices were extremely varied, and there was always more than you could desire..... In other words, be prepared to put on a few pounds.... especially if your willpower is not quite as strong as it should be...😇.... With regards to entertainment, there are various things to do throughout the day if you do not fancy leaving the site, and there was always a wee show in the evenings.... We took advantage of a "Deal", and had a lovely restful couple of days, although we did use it as a base to go for walks along the coast etc..... Considering the age group that it is aimed at, the dance floor was full most evenings.... So if you see a small deal for a three day trip etc
I would recommend you take it as I'm ensured that this service is provided at all their sites....👍
