We really enjoyed a weekend here. The room, while not enormous, was more than adequately spacious with a large shower and very comfy bed. The public spaces were an interesting mix of historic and modern. We enjoyed exploring the many lounge and dining areas and interconnecting passages which mostly appeared to have wheelchair access, and mobility scooters were available for those who needed them. The food was delicious and all the staff we met were very helpful and friendly. The pool is not huge, or deep enough to dive but nice and clean; we had a pleasant swim. The Hall is set in a very large public park and working estate where we had some enjoyable walks. Overall, a lovely relaxing break away from it all.

Great weekend break at Thoresby Hall.
Beautiful hotel in a wonderful location, rooms are well equipped and very clean.
Entertainment was really good as was the food on offer.
All the staff were very friendly and helpful, special thanks to Josh, our waiter for the evening meals although being new to the hotel was very polite and efficient for such a young man.
I also have to mention Amy, the restaurant manager who helped us when a member of our party was too ill to come to the restaurant for dinner.
Overall a great stay at an affordable price.

We were upgraded to the Kingston Suite in the historic rooms which was very nice, although the radiators were a little noisy through the night! We were pleased with our room. The Evening meals weren’t very organised in fact chaotic at times. They do offer Chef specials, which I think they serve to your table, sometimes but not on two of the three nights we were there. We tried to book into B32 restaurant but it was fully booked. As your meals are a big part of your stay, this was disappointing.Breakfast in the same restaurant was good.|The entertainment during the day was good fun with quizzes and knockout games like shuffleboard available and the entertainment staff were very nice. The evening entertainment was excellent and we really enjoyed it. They had some first class acts for the main time of the evening. Warner entertainment staff worth a mention were James,Josh and Shaun, all were good singers and made the quizzes fun.|The grounds are nice and I imagine they are beautiful in summer.|All in all, despite the chaotic evening meals, this was a lovely break for our first Warner Hotel stay.

An excellent place to stay. The room, staff and food were lovely. If there is a downside, it would be that the hotel is very big and so may be a challenge for those with limited mobility, but you can take your mobility scooter with you. We will definitely be staying again in the not too distant future.

Lovely welcoming atmosphere throughout the hotel. All the staff were friendly and very helpful. The food in the Market Kitchen was really good. We really enjoyed our stay. As usual the Warner entertainers were exceptional and outshone the Rock of Heroes guest group.

Excellent break in a superb location with attentive staff and lovely facilities. We went for a 4 day break and took advantage of one of the discounted breaks on offer and as we have been before knew what to expect. But this time there was different activities which we had not experienced, so we decided to go on the Owl experience with Alastair, a family run business and we were not disappointed, he was so knowledgeable and engaging with his passion of his hand reared birds that made the hour fly by (no pun intended) Watching these magnificent Owls fly down and land on your thick gloved hand ( supplied) was pure enjoyment and we learnt so much about these beautiful birds. My wife and I also went laser indoor shooting and after the first session decided to go again later on in the week, well worth a hour of your time. The entertainment was excellent, even though they were short of one of there staff and then another went sick, the remaining three were magnificent especially Charlotte who carried the boys through the musical showcase. They deserved a bonus for their exceptional performances throughout the week. The food was varied with a great selection and quality and the menu changed each day with prices of the wine and beer at competitive prices. So if you want a break, visit this wonderful Hall with lovely grounds.

We stayed for a 2 day festive break. The food was fantastic, with so much choice either from the buffet or the kitchen. Staff were super friendly, and the rooms were well appointed. We even had a basket of snack treats in the room plus a full pint of milk to go with the plentiful coffee and tea in the room.

Super. Very enjoyable. Staff great, entertainment great. Food much improved. Lovely room and excellent domestic staff. Very much enjoyed the variety of entertainment and would highly recommend the Stylistics who played for two hours starting with the classics and after half an hour moving into what turned into a massive disco. Everyone was up and enjoying themselves.
