I must say overall the stay was OK but anything more. The lack of staff is eminent. We had been using the bell at reception for quite some issues and if someone came it was very late or with a phone at their hand saying to a friend he has to end because of us. The stuff was friendly but not present most of the time. The rooms really need a bit of TLC. The fact, that you can not use a shower other than showerhead is crazy. Also the fact that there is a tiny wardrobe in the room - we were forced to live out of our luggage. Beds were comfy. Breakfast was ok, but with limited options. The egg melange tasted like cardboard. The road is noisy and cars are going viciously fast here.

I recently stayed at Warwickshire Park Hotel, and I have to say I was extremely disappointed. This hotel is nothing short of a low standard establishment with a glaring lack of consistency in room quality and service. My experience with management, particularly with Patrick and Nicole, was particularly frustrating. Instead of addressing my concerns, they adopted a dismissive attitude, suggesting that I should reconsider my stay if I expect better than what they offer, especially when there are numerous 4 and 5-star hotels nearby.

The owner’s arrogance is palpable; he seems to believe that his past as a pilot makes him an elite figure who knows better than everyone else. This attitude was not only unprofessional but also detrimental to the hotel's reputation. I've heard from the reception staff that the high turnover of employees is largely due to the owner's inflated ego. While the staff members themselves were helpful, they are clearly working under difficult circumstances because the property desperately needs major investment. It's outdated and barely qualifies as a hotel.

Most of the guests I saw were workers, likely due to their employment with HS2, which raises concerns about the overall appeal of the hotel once that project is completed. I can't imagine many people would choose to return here, given the current management style and the state of the property. Unless significant changes are made, I fear this hotel will soon be a thing of the past. Save your money and look elsewhere!
Truth will always hurt and I’m sure Patrick knows it deep inside his heart.

Hotel needs a re furb badly. Very old fashioned and tired. The food is ready meals and microwaved so we went out to eat. The breakfast we declined too! Absolutely horrible to look at let alone eat! It consisted of pale to white sausages and rubbery looking bacon and cold. We did purchase a cappuccino and tea. The cappuccino was awful, nasty UHT milk which in my opinion shouldn’t be used, we were charged way too much for the drinks considering the quality !! If you want to keep this open you’re going to need to up your gain drastically and keep up with the hotel chains around. I stay in hotels regularly and this is by far the worst one!
I think we should get a refund to be honest!!

I have no complaints with the room itself, however upon arrival we were asked if we wanted breakfast, to which I said yes and paid the £25 at reception. In the morning when we went down to breakfast at 9am, all of the hot food in the heated containers was cold, and the mushrooms, bacon, baked beans and eggs were all dried up and hard. I went to get a pastry instead but they were physically rock solid. I went to the reception desk with a pastry to show the staffed and banged it on the desk to show how hard it was. I also informed them that all of the hot food was cold and had gone hard and requested a refund. Staff told me that the food was temperature checked 20 minutes prior to us coming down. There was no offer of any fresh food and I was told that I couldn’t have a refund and that I needed to contact Oyo rooms. The lady proceeded to take all the pastries off of the buffet and throw them in the bin, after which we left with no food and no refund.

I’m sure you can understand my frustration and I would like to be refunded for the £25 we paid as we received no help from staff and she was rather rude about it.

It was only for a meeting but there was just 1!!! Disabled bays, so we had to park all round the back to wheel round to the front. Then, doors in would not have been accessible to me on my own! Massive lip to get over and through manual doors - not good at all!

This place was absolutely great! Love the seating options from the lobby to the restaurant and pub - lots of places to lounge.
Rooms are spacious and clean and amenities provided.
Special thanks and shout out to Khusbhir, who catered to our requests and made us feel at home.

Our stay on this occasion was absolutely awful .. place was so cold! Got here 20mins early but the chap Adam on reception said rooms weren’t ready and we had to wait even though the place was literally empty... a very serious chap no smile or anything . Had drinks he served us again and then charged us for a shot of blackcurrant to go in Guinness.. sad. Checked into our room took everything in and had a function to attend and then the door wouldn’t lock told reception moved to another room .. and then the lights wouldn’t work., well annoyed at this point . But couldn’t be bothered moving again. The room in itself had cobwebs.. the bedroom was cold .. no heating. The beds mattresses were dipping in the middle we had the most uncomfortable awful night sleep . Honestly they need to change the mattresses ! Had breakfast booked no one to be seen .. coffee was cold .. breakfast was cold hardly anything there .. few mushrooms , few beans,, seemed like they had been there a day or so as dried out! Told the lady on reception apparently the manager verity with dark hair .. instead of listening she had an attitude not what you would expect! So we left hungry! Absolutely awful start to finish! I think as we are regulars down that way definitely will not be going here again ! To say we went back based on previous service we had received it’s sad !

A nice enough hotel in the Warwickshire countryside. It really depends on what you’re after. We booked a family room which came with a superking bed (2 singles essentially), and a bunk bed.

If you’re after the Hilton, this is probably not the place for you. If you’re after a spacious family room that is dog friendly and close to places like Stoneleigh Park, then get it booked!

Room was warm. Beds were comfy. Shower was powerful. TV connected to Netflix which kept the kids amused for a bit.

Some of the fixtures and fittings could do with a bit of sprucing, painting and updating, but it didn’t affect me enough to be annoyed by it.

The A road the hotel is on can be a bit noisy, but it’s an older building and didn’t stop us sleeping.

Can’t comment on the food as we didn’t eat there, but I did scope out the breakfast and it seemed as if it had been cooked and was then left in the warming baskets, so you’ll take a punt on the quality.

For the price you pay, and what you get, it’s pretty good and I’m fairly sure we’ll stop there again next time we are in the area.
