My husband and I had a two night stay at Waveney House B-B.

My partner and I, alongside our 2 dogs, were very warmly welcomed by Annette and Jim from check-in right through to check-out! Booking the accommodation was a smooth process. The room and bathroom was immaculate and very comfy. Breakfast in the morning was lovely and you had your own private space/dining experience throughout our stay despite being within the family home. Short walk to a local pub for meals and into town. Would highly recommend and would be back for our next beach trip - thank you once again!

We had a very comfortable 2 night stay. The room is spacious with everything one needs - tea, coffee etc, TV, hairdryer etc etc with plenty of drawers for storage and a wardrobe to hang clothes.
It has a fantastic sunny view over green playing fields towards the open countryside with skeins of geese, in their thousands, flying low over the garden as they journey from the saltmarsh towards the sugar beet fields and back.
A big bathroom has the luxury of two basins, a large walk in duel shower and spacious bath. Bathrobes are available.
Jim and Annette made us feel very welcome. They offer lovely coffee, fantastic breakfasts within a quiet and peaceful location.
There is off-road parking and yet Waveney House is only 5 minutes from countryside walks and 10 minutes from the town centre. Five good hotels/pubs which serve food are from 4 to 10 minutes away or an easy walk along the quayside takes you to the best seafood restaurant in East Anglia (The Wells Crabhouse).
On arrival at Waveney House expect to be enthusiastically met by two lovely miniature schnauzers, Summer and Jasper.

Just got back from staying at Waveney House in Wells-next-th-sea!
It was fabulous! Beautiful comfy bed with mini fridge, tea & coffee facilities plus a super large bathroom with lovely robes too! And we had a lovely breakfast cooked by Jim…will definitely be back again!

Hidden gem is an understatement! Located in a small quiet cul-de-sac and literally a 5 minute walk into the main town Center and even closer to the bowling green pub. The decor inside is light and spacious with fantastic views. Everything is spotless and has a classy feel to it. The bedroom looks out over a great view. Plenty of room and a mini fridge (I always think a nice touch) the hosts are pleasant and very accommodating without feeling overbearing. And the cooked breakfast I must say is divine! Don’t be fooled by the outside because once you are in, you’re guaranteed to appreciate your stay at Waveney House, thank you so much Anette and Jim. I will be returning!
