I loved Lifting Facial with Nadine at the We Are Wellness and yoga flow with Emily the other day. Such a beautiful and relaxing place in the heart of Headingley, sacred and welcoming. Both Nadine and Emily were very kind, and Nadine was thorough and skillful with the lifting facial massage. I felt so relaxed, my spirit was nourished. I felt deeply cared for! The atmosphere of We Are Wellness is so beautiful, too! I’ll be back 🙏

Absolutely incredible reiki meditation class with Lourdes. The longer session of 2 hours was really powerful and beneficial. Would love it if they became a regular thing! Thank you Lourdes and the other on the group. It was amazing.

Bowen therapy at We Are Wellness by Olivia is a gift from the gods themselves! She has helped me, my family and friends so much over the years. From sports injuries, stress and even depression. I cannot recommend this enough. Such unbelievable results from such a gentle manipulation. You could possibly be so relaxed that you fall asleep.

Olivia is extremely knowledgeable about the human body and even holistic recommendations to assist with recovery and general wellbeing. She has a wonderful aura and gentle heart, what a wonderful human!
