Great to be back at the Weavers. Food here is always excellent and the staff always efficient and friendly. Somewhat lacking in disabled access though. Banoffee Shortcake was yummy. See pic.

Stopped in for a quick bar lunch with the hubby as he was working in the area. Fish n chips for both of us, mine with batter, his with breadcrumbs. Clean plates all round and salad was good that came with it.
Service was slower than usual but they were short staffed and had a few tables in but food came quick once order was taken. Great place for lunch and reasonable prices.

I had fish and chips with side salad for main course and crunchy toffee sundae for sweet. The fish was really big and the batter was crispy and not greasy. The waitress was friendly and made you feel at home. I don't normally have a sweet but was tempted and wasn't disappointed, it was delicious. I left the premises full after having the best meal out for a long time. I would definitely recommend you try a meal here.

Nice lunch out with my friend today Must say i was dissapointed in my st pie. Last week i praised it for being real steak pie not just pastry stuck on top But today your pastry was a let down Sorry it was more like filo
