I just start by saying the service we received was great. However, the food was abysmal. I found a massive hair in my vegetarian 'sausage' sandwich. Which in fact wasn't anything like sausage. I complained and they did refund me which was great. My mum had a bacon sandwich which also was below average.
Pot of tea was so weak! Even after brewing for 20 mins!
Won't be back! Especially for nearly £7 for a sarnie!

Webbs is always lovely at this time of year but the staff and manager of the restaurant were fabulous. Ever so friendly, polite and prompt.
They gave us notice and there was a delay on hot drinks but they came out quite promptly. The food was delicious and out in good time. Well done to Lizzie and the team.

We have been to Webbs restaurant multiple times in the past and always had excellent food and service. Unfortunately over the past couple of visits this has began to decline and today was some how even worse.

The food portions were incredibly small for the price. The fajita panini was unrecognisable as it appeared to have no spice. Our drinks didn't arrive until we were leaving at which point we had chased them twice and then cancelled them, the gentleman who brought the drinks over then suggest we should take them as they were "here now" even though we had clearly finished our meals.

Overall a disappointing experience, not the post Christmas treat we were expecting it to be.

This place used to be so good when it was self service. It is now SO slow for anything. We waited 20 minutes for a pot of tea, and they had run out of a few things due to how busy it was.
They also don’t accept cash.
On the plus side, their cakes are yummy and the staff are very aware of how shambolic the system is.

We had 2 adult sandwiches and 1 child's sandwich, 3 hot drinks and came to £39. Very very disappointed with food, wished we had gone to the pub after instead. At another table though a lady had an Eton mess that did look yummy and another table had fish and chips which looked tasty and large. Advice do not have the sandwiches and waste your money and come away still hungry after spending nearly £40 for 3 people. Go to the pub instead

My partner, friends and I had a wonderful meal at the Wychbold restaurant today.

We were served by the lovely Ana. Her attention to detail, great service and sense of humour made it feel special. Ana gave a warm welcome, engaged regularly with us and more importantly had a laugh with us. If only everyone was at Ana's level of customer service.

The food we had was delicious. We all had the Sunday roast, which was the best Sunday roast we've had in a long time.

Drinks used to be free with your loyalty card now you have to pay for cream & syrup, so really your paying for it, 3 drinks nearly £7 disappointed ,drinks were not very warm either the girl was lovely but struggled putting everything separately in iPad.

Great restaurant if you are visiting the garden center. A choice of lighter bites, salads as well as more substantial meals. Teas, coffee and a decent alcohol selection. Breakfast, lunch and dinner served seven days a week. No reservation required with seating inside and outside.
