Janis in my opinion provides the best holistic massage in the Tendring area - I have had a regular massage with Janis for a few years now mainly to keep my back and shoulder muscle groups moving! This type of massage is not a ‘relaxing experience’ but the benefits are fabulous - the relaxing part comes after when all the tension leaves your muscles and Janis certainly achieves that - I would recommend her in a heart beat
