Sahara always does my eyebrows beautifully, I absolutely love her work and definitely recommend her.

Unfortunately, my experience with another stylist wasn’t as positive, as she came across a bit rude and dismissive. Still, Sahara alone makes it worth coming back.

Went to get a manicure. The shaping was awful, they didn't even have a drier machine. Nail colour selection was very few, they only had a few colours that were not nice at all and the polishes were cheap. No professional/ electronic nail tools were used and no gloves were worn. Both women kept speaking back and forth in hindi and it was rude. Won't be going back.

I had a wonderful experience at Wembley Beauty Clinic. Payal provided the best service — she was incredibly friendly, professional, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout my visit. The Worst Experience.

Every time I've tried to book a Groupon deal with them, I've been asked to call back multiple times. Yesterday, after four callbacks, they finally spoke to me and confirmed they would be available at 2pm the next day. I called again the following day, and the receptionist confirmed the 2pm availability for my booking.

I made the journey, paid for parking, only to be told upon entering the shop that there was no availability at 2pm, and my booking wasn’t even in their system.

The receptionist acted like she had never spoken to me, but when I showed her my call log, she reluctantly admitted our conversation. She claimed I hadn’t mentioned Groupon, which I had.

They waste your time, are incredibly unprofessional, have poor communication (hardly speak or understand English), and show no care for their customers. I highly recommend avoiding this traumatic experience.

P.S. They won’t even tell you their names because they don’t want everyone knowing how terrible they are.

I went to get my eyebrows and upper lips. Even after clear instructions that my skin is sensitive still the thread was pulled harshly and then given a reason that it would happen because skin is sensitive. My one eyebrow looks different from the other

Vir did my nails last Friday the 12th. There are no words to describe to experience in this place . The lady that did my nails was pregnant and very pushy and she had no experience in nails. She removed the shellac I had previously so badly and then she applied the new shellac, she was asking the other lady working there what she has to do next. Really no experience. The price was £18 , it’s a low prices considering how much I am normally paying but I did not expect the result. After 2 days my nails are already broken. She kept me feel bad for her!

I’m giving 2 stars due to an unpleasant experience with one of the staff members, Payal. My first pedicure with Mariyam was excellent—she was thorough and professional, which led me to purchase the "buy 3, get 2 free" pedicure offer through her. As the loyalty cards were unavailable, Mariyam documented the offer on my receipt and signed it.

However, during a subsequent visit, Payal refused to honor the signed receipt, declined to provide the service, and spoke in an unprofessional manner. She asked me to return another day to have it done by Mariyam, causing unnecessary inconvenience despite the service already being paid for.

I eventually got the pedicure done by Mariyam, who was as professional and courteous as always. She even apologized for the earlier issue, which I truly appreciated.

**Extremely Disappointing Experience – Unprofessional Service & Poor Facial Treatment**.

**Waxing Experience:**
Jagruti handled my waxing, and she did a fantastic job. She was professional, skilled, and ensured a comfortable experience. I was happy with the waxing service.

**Facial Experience:**
I was then moved to another room for my facial, where I was attended by Harjeet. Unfortunately, this was where my experience completely fell apart.

- She applied a tiny amount of cleanser, got some into my eyes, and wiped it off within a minute.
- She applied a scrub for just a minute and removed it immediately.
- She then popped my active acne without steam, causing severe pain and bleeding. When I expressed my discomfort, she simply responded that acne extraction is painful. However, a trained professional should know that active acne should not be forcibly extracted, especially without steam.
- She applied a face mask but completely ignored my neck. When I pointed it out, she quickly swiped some cleanser over my neck in two strokes and applied the mask with a dry brush, without any additional product.
- After 15 minutes, she returned, applied a tiny drop of SPF on my face, used a roller to spread it, and declared the facial was done—without giving any kind of massage.

When I questioned her about the lack of massage, she insisted that rolling the SPF was part of it. A proper facial includes thorough massage, which was entirely skipped. Her attitude was dismissive and unprofessional.

I paid £40 for this facial, which was completely unjustified. On top of that, the poor technique resulted in new breakouts the following day.

**Overall Experience:**
- The salon's atmosphere was unwelcoming.
- The facial service was rushed, poorly executed, and lacked basic professionalism.
- Harjeet’s attitude was unacceptable, and it was evident that she lacks the necessary skills to perform a proper facial. She appeared completely inexperienced and unprofessional.

I urge the owner to seriously assess the quality of services provided. If necessary, send a known friend as a customer to evaluate the staff’s behavior and skills.

I wouldn’t recommend this salon for facials, as the service was nowhere near worth the cost. If I wanted such a basic treatment, I could have simply done it myself at home.

**Final Verdict:** A complete waste of money and a deeply disappointing experience.
