I recently joined this gym primarily due to its convenient location—it’s very close to my home. After doing some research, I decided to sign up. During my initial visit, the personal trainer who assisted me and gave me a tour was friendly and helpful.

However, I ended up discontinuing my membership after just two days. While the gym is adequate in some respects, it lacks essential equipment for glute training, with no dedicated machines for that purpose. Additionally, accessing group classes proved difficult. You are placed on a waiting list without confirmation of attendance, and when the class date arrives, there is often no space available.

The most concerning issue, and ultimately the reason I canceled my membership, was the condition of the changing rooms. They were extremely unhygienic—filthy, to be frank. After using the facilities and showering at home, I developed a red rash on my face and body by the next morning.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend this gym.

I've been working out at this gym for several months now, and I absolutely love it! The fitness classes are not only challenging but also super fun and engaging. All of the instructors (especially Kurt and Ash) are incredibly friendly, supportive, and motivating. I’ve seen a noticeable change in my fitness level and overall confidence since joining, and I look forward to every class. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a welcoming place to get in shape!

I am one of the beginner swimmers who is taking lessons in Wembley Park. I had an accident and the lifeguard was too slow to rescue me and I drunk a lot of water which was sad 😭😭 The lifeguards need to take more attention to those who are taking lessons as they are not safe!

Speaking of the swimming trainers, I noticed that the young ones are a little bit risky. They don’t really bother to guide you much instead of standing and talking to each other. Kelly is one of the best trainer I have seen so far. She devoted herself to show you what to do and encourage you throughout the lesson. She is very polite and responsible trainer. ❤️🙏

I’m extremely disappointed with Better Gym’s management and customer service. They removed my kids from the system without any notice, and when I tried to re-register them, they charged me a new registration fee. This was completely unfair, as they were already members. When I contacted them about the issue, they were unhelpful and refused to take responsibility for their mistake.

It feels like they only care about making extra money rather than supporting their members. I wouldn’t recommend this gym to anyone looking for reliable service. Avoid if you don’t want to deal with unnecessary fees and poor customer care!

Sadly The gym is absolutely disgusting, all the equipment I used I cleaned and the white paper was brown… the smell also I can’t explain and no windows open… was no brave enough to try the swimming pool as didn’t want to risk getting any disease but the female changing room was also not very clean

I’ve been with Better for over 4 years now with the Swiss Cottage center and St Pancras.

This experience is completely different,, I have raised complaints about the dirtiness of the gym 4 times now and never seen any work done regarding this.

The place is always filled with dust and dirt and looks like it has not been cleaned in ages !!!

Not coming back here …

Hygiene for changing rooms is disgusting and why on earth do they not have covered showers in the mens section, the nudity on display for children here is horrendous. Men changing room /showers should have individual cubicles. My son comes here for swimming lessons and he shouldnt have to witness grown men walking naked ! Fix up!

The changing rooms are disgustingly dirty. The pool is perfectly fine however.
