We had been loyal customers of this private swimming pool for around six years. Recently, our 5-year-old daughter had an accident in the pool, necessitating a trip to A&E. On our way out, we informed one of the owners about the situation.

Given our long-term relationship, I expected some follow-up, perhaps an email inquiring about our daughter’s well-being. Unfortunately, there was none. A few days later, I emailed them to request selling our next slot, as permitted, explaining that my daughter might need surgery and asking when the next invoice was due. Despite seeing my email—they sold my slot on Facebook—I received no response.

I was genuinely shocked by this lack of concern. If an accident occurred on my premises, I would certainly want to know the details to consider any necessary improvements. It seemed like basic decency to check on a child’s recovery after such an incident.

When I followed up again, the response I received was impersonal: no text, just an attached invoice. This indifference led us to decide not to renew our contract.

In summary, while the pool itself was satisfactory, the customer service in times of crisis was profoundly lacking. A simple check-in would have gone a long way.

Beautifully clean pool with lovely surroundings, the pool is always kept above 30 degrees so it's always a pleasure to swim.
I have been swimming at Wentworth weekly with my Wife and 3 yr old, we always have a great time and it's always very peaceful and conducive to a great learning environment!!!

Reasonably priced private hire pool. Pool is very large and always clean, changing rooms and facilities are good too.

Lovely clean pool, good temperature, changing rooms small but clean the only down side I can see is there is only 1 shower, but that doesn't bother me as shower when I get home

On behalf of Naomi Wilson Owner. The last review is dishonest. "Jamie" and his friends had the door open to the rear of the pool smoking and talking , they had driven their mopeds upto the entrance of the pool which is not allowed and kept coming in and out of the pool whilst my regular swimmers were trying to swim and get changed. When asking them to leave the premises as they were still there 15 mins after their allotted time hanging around he threatened to beat up my husband . I may have been rude but I am never rood ! I suspect the next review is from his group of friends also
