Wonderful customer service!!
The owner is SOOOO helpful!! He happily had a half an hour conversation with me explaining everything about my hottub as I have just got it secondhand and was feeling lost. He gave great advice and was really helpful! I unfortunately couldn't make it in that day but i will defiantly be going back on Monday (it's Saturday today) and buying some products.

Lovely guys, didn't over sell, helped explain what was needed, helped work out best model and size for out family, came to house to make sure it all fitted first, kept us informed all the way through. Had an enjoyable wet test prior to commitment, start up pack had everything we needed and all was explained in detail before they all left. Highly recommend.
Small update, I had a problem with one of the pumps, I called on Monday, engineer out on Tuesday, all fixed on Friday under warranty. 5 star service

We researched all of the local companies and the spas that they sell, and took a couple of months to make up our minds. We settled on an Arctic Spa Eagle from Wessex Spas and it has now been in for 3 months and is superb, we are over the moon with our choice.
Mark at Wessex was helpful and fully explained the pros and cons of the Arctic product without being pushy, and whilst the delivery was longer than we had hoped, it has proved well worth the wait.
Mark came out to advise on our first water change free of charge after 3 months, and has given us great advice from start to finish.

So pleased with my new Arctic Summit! Richard at Wessex spas was really helpful as I had no idea what I was looking for in a Hot Tub, after speaking with him it really showed he knew his stuff and had a vast amount of knowledge about loads of difference spas. Great service from start to finish and nice to deal with the same person throughout the sale!

Called in to the showroom just to look, came away with a decision to purchase.

Hot tub was installed today, will use it tomorrow, too early to say how reliable the hot tub or after sales is but so far all is good.

While they did not have the specific items that I wanted today (the reason for the lost star) they did say that they could supply the stuff but suggested a cheaper supplier as a better option for me. The gentleman at my request discussed my needs courteously and fully. Altogether a good experience even though no trade was done today. I will be going back.

We walked in with cash in our pockets, ready to go. We were met by a really nice young man, who sadly knew nothing about the hot tubs, or when we could have one. Really disappointing. We bought one somewhere else on the same day.
