Note that not all floors are accessible via the elevator. The building is located near the beach. The views maybe disappoint. Walls are thin, so if your neighbors argue, you'll hear it. The rooms are in good nick, with a good bed, shower and toilet. Housekeeping skipped our room and we had to ask for new towels at reception twice, which was disappointing. We didn't try breakfast. There's a convenience store that is open late across the street, and no fewer than three Thai restaurants in the street. Probably not recommended for twenty year olds or parents with kids (need to keep it down!) or for the older set (lack of amenities besides a kettle, hair dryer and wifi). Good for a couple's weekend getaway with activities about town.

Incredible everything. Food delicious. Staff so fun welcoming professional. Alex at reception was beautiful and kind helping us with our late night check in. Then this morning, Casey has honestly made my stay feel like a home from home. She deserves the recognition. Beautiful space, and experience. Thank you.

Thank you so much and greeting's to "Mr. Thessaloniki" from Berlin.😉
Very friendly and funny, nice people there.
I missed an egg at breakfast time but in general it was a great time.
The room with 4 other women are okay and clean.
Unfortunately on the first day, the lift doesn't work and on 2 day's in the week, the breakfast time startet 10 min to late.
In general for a hostel i would come back again. Nice atmosphere there.

Nice standard room. Quite plain but as we only stayed for 1 night didn't really bother us. Lift was broken but staff offered to carry bags up to the room. Bar/social area was being renovated so we didnt get to experience that. Could hear the people above us walking around early in the morning. View was amazing, one if the best bits. Could see the i360 and west pier right outside the window. However, one if the windows was broken which led to a loud whistling and banging noise constantly. Fan in room which was nice and masked the noise of the window. Very good location. Didnt go for the breakfast as we read the reviews about it. Tea and coffee in the room which was nice and hairdryer to hand. Shower was quite small and unclean. There was
mold on the ceiling and there was no grate or anything to cover the shower drain/plug hole. You have to hold the shower head up as it kept falling. Otherwise, lovely location and easy to get to.

Depending on what room you get we stayed here twice you'll have a good night's sleep or a disturbed one. Staff very friendly. Breakfast leaves a little to be disered, for the price I would stay again in one of the rooms.

Absolutely amazing, I’ve just had my visit this week and it was amazing. Not a long walk from the train station, lovely staff and very clean. Would 100% recommend to friends and family and definitely come again. The location of the hotel is perfect couldn’t ask for a better place. I was in a mixed dorm room on the 3rd floor and would recommend about putting a handle in the lift especially for people that are not too keen on lifts like myself but overall enjoyed my visit here

Booked a room with a beautiful view for a special night away. The room was really nice and as expected (though bathroom a bit old and water pressure did go on and off a bit but passable). The major issue was overnight it was clear that the windows were not fully sealed, with noise and cold air streaming through. I am not a light sleeper usually, but I was woken up 10-15 times by the sound of sirens, cars, motorbikes, shop/car alarms and people. Also means all that polluted air off the main road is coming into the room. Linen and pillow really nice quality.

I saw the reviews about breakfast, and I have to agree. I am usually pretty happy with simple continental breakfasts, but this is very poor and could do with some very basic improvements. The granola was the strangest granola I’ve ever had (sweet, puffy - quite random and served in mini teacups - no bowls offered!). The toast was white only & stale. There were zero dairy free or gluten free options. Just a few more basic cereal options/ porridge, oat milk and fruit (and better bread/ crumpets!) would have made all the difference. Ended up paying £8 for one of those pre packaged, awful Aldi-style croissants with E-number preservatives on the packaging and stale toast with honey. Ended up going round the corner and paying £4 more for a full English… great location but wouldn’t come back.

Lovely hotel/hostel. I had a 4 bed woman dormitory bed. The room was spacious and very clean. Although the bunk bed does not have any usb or power connections. The room was relatively cold because there was only one heater, but the staff was kind enough to give us a portable heater. I could hear the strong wind from the window but there was no other noise of other tenants. The staffs were very welcoming and friendly. The breakfast costs 8 pounds. There was not much of choice. In the lobby there are complimentary tea and coffee. And the common space is very lovely. For this price and the location of beach front, I will come back here again.

One thing to mention, the hotel wasn’t so easy to find. They have changed the name outside. And the entrance is in the allay instead of the address suggested on King’s Road.
