Beautiful home, parking spot if requested. We stayed in the loft room, narrow staircase but, wow fabulous area, bedroom, window that opens as a balcony with views to the left of the sea. White, bright & so relaxing. Bed was beautiful made, comfortable & everywhere so clean. Lovely kitchen area, seating & relaxing chairs plus a desk area. Stunning shower room with products, towels & hairdryer. We have booked again, so relaxed. Would recommend if you are able walking. Other beautiful rooms available. Such friendly welcome too.

Well this place is a real treat. Like in the boutique market for sure. We stayed in the loft part of the building. The owners are great and make you feel welcome. It's very comfortable and we stayed here one night. It's real neat the decor is spot on.
We liked it so much that we have booked 2 nights at the end of june. I personally would recommend it......

The loft has everything and more that you will need, super clean and warm on arrival and cleaned everyday, ‘ extras ‘ were topped up, Christmas tree lovely surprise, breakfast delivered to your door is amazing, thank you so much Madeleine

Beautifully decorated room with so many thoughtful details included. We had breakfast delivered every morning and it was the perfect start to each day. The bed was very comfortable too, and I enjoyed flicking through the books in our room. Madeleine was very welcoming and accommodating. Next time we're in Hastings, we'll be booking again!

What a fantastic stay. Was clean, comfy, and spacious. The breakfast alone was worth the stay. 7 minute walk to old town hastings and 5 minute walk to the victorian lift. Fantastic place.

This really was a charming place to stay just above the old Town.
The space was absolutely what was promised. The bed was super comfy and clean. Madaline was an excellent host. She helped us with getting our bearings and interesting places to see. I will definitely be looking to stay the next time I come to Hastings.
