Be warned the photos look nice but the cleanliness and Customer Service are zero.**** AVOID***||When I checked in, after 6hrs travelling, I threw my bags in and went to get food. When I came back I opened the fridge to find Red Bull &coke cans in the freezer frozen solid and dripping everywhere plus stains all over it. It stank to high heaven. The fridge is loud and just 1m from the bed.||I emailed Garry (the 'any problems' guy) and Customer Service FOUR TIMES with photos but no reply. I sent two text messages to the contact person (Lex) without reply. At time of writing no one from the compass responded to me.||Crumbs found next to the skirting board and fingernail clippings. Utter disgusting and it hadn't been swept from the last several occupants.||The alarm box at the front door beeped all day, all night. Never stopped.||Walls are paper thin. The neighbour took a shower at 1am and you could hear the water splashing. He then had a 20min phonecall about the Forest match to which I heard every word.||The biggest issue is the fact they leave a list if dos/ don't in the place. Empty your own rubbish but yet they can't clean a fridge nor hoover /sweep a floor!?||I couldn't wait to get out the next morning so left early with no reply from anyone nor Gary the janitor. I hardly sleep due to the noisy neighbours, fridge buzzing and a boiler or hot water tank buzzing away. ||If you don't mind other people's mess and noise and need a good location for City Ground/Trentham Bridge then yes, go for it, but sane people avoid.

The location and free parking the only good thing. If you don’t mind previous occupants dirt then you’ll be fine! Fridge had crumbs and dirt in, kitchen worktops filthy really needs a good thorough clean. Window sills never been cleaned webs and weird spiders crawling around. Limited cooking utensils. Had to open time with corkscrew cups and glasses not cleaned properly

Took a deposit of 150. The wall was slightly damaged when we got in, the toilet needed to be flushed repeatedly. If I don't get the full deposit back I'm going to dispute it because we didn't damage anything or break any rules.

“Avoid West One Hotel! My 17 year old daughter booked a £90 room and they took a £150 security deposit upfront. Then just a few days before her stay, West one cancelled her booking because of her age, they didn’t charge the £90 but have still not refunded the deposit! Completely unacceptable and feels like a scam. We have been unable to speak to anyone despite phone calls and emails. This booking was in December, two months down the line still no refund. If anyone at West One reads this please let rectify this, who do we contact and how do we get our refund?

Do not stay here. Absolutely unprofessional! The studio was advertised with AC, no AC present just a fan. During my stay there were window cleaners present that could see directly into the studio with no warning at 9:00 in the morning. And then to make it worse check out is at 10:30, but that's a complete lie with housekeeping trying to get inside your room before 10am. Parking is also atrocious, with a very narrow driveway. Honestly would stay away from this place, whoever owns this cares nothing about hospitality, and if you're reading this I'd like a refund for the disgusting behaviour.

Super clean, very well equipped and quiet studio apartment! It's also a great location, 3 mins walk from a co-op market and about 10 mins from the local town centre with bars and restaurants. I'll definitely be staying here again.

Really nice apartment. Shower a little small and would not suit a larger person. But absolutely value for money. Easy access and free parking.
