We were so delighted to find this lovely, traditional bed and breakfast. Liz and Terry are wonderful hosts who demonstrate their pride and passion for their business in everything they do. They are genuinely interested in their guests and we were made to feel so welcome, nothing was too much trouble.
We stayed in the twin room which was very comfortable, we had use of a fridge and a lounge room but best of all was having direct access to the lovely gardens, it was so lovely to sit outside in the evening.
Breakfast was a generous size and cooked fresh using quality ingredients.
We have stayed in many establishments throughout Cornwall and none of them have matched this unassuming B&B for quality and value for money.
Thank you so much Terry and Ali for your invaluable advice and excellent customer service, we will be returning very soon. Lou and Rich.

This is our 3rd visit and plan to go next year, Terry and Ali are great hosts there isn’t anything that is too much trouble including having bird feeders outside the dining area encouraging a multitude of birds. Breakfast was spot on every morning with various choices, our room was spacious and there is a beautiful garden to sit in perfect for watching the evening sunsets, I can’t thank them enough for their care and attention.

We booked at West Point because we're walking the South West Coast Path. We needed to do the stretches between Hartland Quay and Crackington Haven. This place was ideally located on the A39, with buses running by the door. In addition, our lovely host Terry was willing to give us a lift to either Hartland or Bude so that we could walk back towards Morwenstow. It couldn't have worked out better. In addition to the convenience of it, we were delighted by the quality of the room. We stayed in the suite. The bed is large and comfy. The sitting area has a cupboard with plates cutlery etc. There is a fridge and microwave for guests to use.The shower room is lovely and warm, with a good shower. The whole place is spotlessly clean. Breakfast is absolutely amazing. Even walking 10 miles up and down the steep slopes, we only really needed an apple and an ice cream for lunch! Terry and Alli are lovely hosts and really go out of their way to give their guests a lovely break. I can't recommend this place highly enough. Thank you Terry and Alli.🙂

On arrival at this bed and breakfast we were greeted by Terry and Ali the owners who are extremely friendly and helpful. They showed us to our room which was a double room en suite which has a twin settee and chair and a patio door leading to the garden and seating area . The view from the bottom garden was amazing, you could see the sea.
There is a good selection of cooked breakfast items to choose from and in particular the choice of homemade jams on the breakfast table was a delight.

We stayed for 3 nights early in August. We can't praise the proprietors enough. Our room had access to the spacious gardens in addition to a personal patio. Alison and Terry are superb hosts who go the extra mile. The availability for breakfast was truly amazing. All tastes are catered for. A useful feature was the residents lounge with refrigerator space and a microwave.

So we booked this lovely little place for a few days away,and what a lovely place it was to, we had a lovely big room, bed was very comfy, lovely garden views with patio doors that lead into the garden, views are lovely, but what made it for us, was the Hosts, so very friendly,couldn't do enough for us,felt like we had known them for years,Terri was so helpful in guiding us to the right places,Ali cooked us the best breakfast, absolutley lovely, all localy sourced, lovely and hot, and plenty of it, set our Bellies up for the day for sure,i would deffinatley recommend this place, lovely and quiet,i wouldn't hesitate in going back, 😁

An unassuming couple run this scrumptious B&B. We were able to do many of our favourite ❤️ locations from this base. Our hosts were attentive, talkative, caring & kind. The location has marvellous 🤩 views and their breakfasts 🍳 with home 🏠 made jam were to die for. Definitely 👍 worth checking in to.

Myself and my wife stayed for 7 nights in mid June. ||West Point is in a beautiful peaceful setting. Surrounded by tranquil countryside views. We stayed in the suite which was very spacious & extremely comfortable with a lovely separate lounge area for relaxing, this adjacent to a garden area for drinks outside if you wanted. The breakfast choice was plentiful and delicious. The hosts Terry & Allison are such lovely people, nothing too much trouble and extremely accommodating. Our lovely weeks break was incredibly good value & we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend West Point to anyone. 🙂👍
