Very neat and large room with comfortable bed. Spotless bathroom. Crisp clean bedding and towels. Coffee facility in room. Had a good rest before my onward travel home, after the conference.

Went there for an evening meal. There is a good varied menu. I am vegetarian and there were lots of options. Prices are very reasonable. The food was delicious hot and very good portions. The staff were warm, friendly and welcoming. They were attentive without encroaching on our evening. Lovely environment.

My surprise 60th birthday was arranged for me at the Westmead Hotel.|what an truly wonderful experience. I had the most perfect evening.|Staff working that night (and the following morning serving the delicious breakfast) worked so very hard and were so friendly and very helpful.|the food was just amazing and there were so many comments on this. It was brought out and cleared with utmost efficiency.|fantastic DJ who worked the crowd very well and played all my favourites.|The room was the perfect size for the 110 people attending with ample room to dance.|Wish i had noted the staff names so I could thank them individually. A heart felt Thank you to you all for making it one of the best nights of my life.|Congratulations Ben on your fantastic team.

Seven wonderful nights. Bar, restaurant, and reception area are modern, clean, and tidy. Breakfast hasnt disappointed either. Staff have all been friendly beer isn’t badly priced and restaurant menu has a good selection and priced fairly also. Popular for weddings.

Afternoon tea was a delight. All nice and fresh and a great selection of sandwiches and cakes etc. very highly recommended and will certainly be back for more. Nicely presented and the staff were very good, just the right amount of attention paid to us! I can honestly say I’ve been to a lot of different places for afternoon tea and this would knock spots of many of them! Lovely

We celebrated my wife’s surprise 60th birthday here , with over 100 guests attending and I simply cannot praise The Westmead, Ben , Janine and their entire team enough. From our first planning meeting to the event itself , everyone of them went above and beyond to help make it the incredible success that it was. |Following recommendations I chose their brilliant resident DJ, Paul, Their highly recommended Sweet trolley lady and their delicious hot and cold buffet ,together with the wonderful overnight accommodation and breakfast , which was enjoyed by several of our guests, the entire party was a completely overwhelming success.|The helpfulness, kindness, attention to detail and the commitment of all the team was so noticeable in everything they did and the fact that my wife had the most wonderful Birthday ever ( her words, not mine ) was due in no small part to the work that the whole team put in . |I would highly recommend The Westmead and can’t wait to return there at the earliest opportunity. 10/10

Had a fantastic afternoon tea with a friend. The food was delicious, great variety of sandwiches/little cakes and the scones were fab (lots of clotted cream and jam). Tea/coffee were topped up whenever we needed and all the staff were attentive and friendly. We’ll definitely be back.
