They cancelled our booking while we were on the flight over from Ireland, see the massage attached of the untrained service provider, who couldn't even manage to spell correctly. We had booked almost two weeks in advance.||This was hugely stressful, after delayed flights, it was the last thing we needed. Terrible.

I stayed in the studio apartment for two weeks. On the first day everything looked bright and clean and the room seemed to have everything you might need. But later negative moments popped up:||-room has no cleaning service throughout your stay||-towels and sheets are not changed (st least for now, after the first week passed)||-washing machine is broken and it seems so for quite some time||-shower head is not in a good condition and needs to be chaneged||-hot water is inconsistent and it has to go all the way from the boiler in the kitchen to the bathroom at the other end of the studio||-toilet roll was only one and even that was half-spent||-salt and pepper on the table appered to be empty||-and I absolutely can't stand them narrow doorways with uncomfortable door resistance||-I was unlucky to get some noisy neighbours but it's nobody's fault||||Positive moments:||-excellent sleep in the bed with wonderful squishy blanket and pillows||-kitchenware is well equipped: oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, pans and lids||-an old church can be seen from the window||-a lot of space in the bright room||-TV seemes to have huge number of channels (if you need any)

I booked 2 apartments for 3 generations of family . Initial reviews and photos on a different platform showed I had made a good choice . We arrived for a 3 night stay and with ample parking , ideal location and being met by a very polite host , everything looked good. Sadly everything went downhill from then on . Number 16 was our 1 bed apartment , it was stale and musty , surface dust everywhere . Most of the kitchen appliances were too dirty to be used especially the microwave. I was dispatched for cleaning products and my wife and daughter spent 2 hours getting some sort of cleanliness. The other apartment was a bit better to be fair with only minor cleaning required. But in both apartments there are lots of decor,fixtures and fittings disrepair issues. We were all really gutted to experience this low level of cleanliness and I really felt guilty all weekend for putting my family through this unpleasantness. We decided to avoid the host in case there was a confrontation , plus we couldn't see the point of maybe ruining our weekend with an argument . Lesson learned , read ALL reviews .

Plenty of correspondence before hand . I contacted asking if we needed take any washing liquid, cleaning products or tea cloths etc.. Told I didn’t need to take any . Stayed for 3 nights . Location good for food, Slough train and bus station, car park for 6 cars at the front . Our mistake we parked on the wrong car park at the back and ended up getting stuck but if they had a file or booklet in the apartment with an information pack .eg in case of an emergency, fire exit , car park at rear , nothing on walls to show fire exits . Windows had locks on so only open slightly. One exit out of apartment. |Greeted by Fasual when we arrived. Maintenance man who was difficult for us to understand explained things how to work the washer, dishwasher and air conditioning. Asked where cleaning products were and told I have to buy my own. |Tried to pay by card machine but was told internet wasn’t good . So they asked for cash. Had several phone calls asking for the cash as we were busy in Legoland and London. Paid £320 told would bring back change but didn’t. Only £4 but our money. Asked if things were ok so we asked for a plug for bath, trays so we could use the oven as nothing to use . Asked for help to get the air conditioning working. Told he would get back to us but never did. |We were in no. 1 room which was great for us with a 5 year old. Room very hot so tried to use air conditioner, didn’t work so contacted them and told it does work and again told only to touch the up and down buttons. Tried again didn’t work . Undid windows but didn’t realise that we are right by the hospital and sirens going off due to emergency services. The blinds in rooms weren’t the best but please see photos . A lot of light in the rooms .|The 2 double bedrooms,|bathroom ,kitchen,were good with the potential of being amazing if it was looked after and checked all the resources were in the room and not make excuses that that someone else has pinched the plugs, oven trays. had little things to make it better for example a bath mat as it was very slippy in the shower. When we left we went back on to Booking. Com and had an email saying that we had cancelled our booking and why had we done it.|Would I go stop here again No .if I knew what to expect and had information and more prepared then hope it helps someone else just need air conditioning working a d extra resources which would have made it more comfortable for our stay .

This is the dirtiest apt I have ever stayed in. Such a shame because the location is great. The owners obviously don’t care about their guests or know how to clean. The buns hadn’t even been emptied when we arrived and there was food in the oven. Avoid at all costs.

There was a problem from the begining with our booking and our 65yo parents had to sleep in a very uncomfortable sofa bed for the fisrt night when we booked 2bedroom apartment.||Apartment is VERY DIRTY! there was even a hygienic pad behind one of the beds!||By the time of leaving the apartment, the landlord tell us to leave keys in the apartment lock door and NOT TO GIVE ANY REVIEW to BOOKING!! That sounded extrange and then we realised he had cancelled our booking in booking.com ( payment was made in cash )||||Very noisy as well, no change of towels/linnen or cleaning apartment during your stay. ONLY 1 toilet paper roll....||||DO NOT RECOMMENDED!! AVOID at all COSTS!!

Nice place for short starts in Slough. Very near to restaurants. Easy access to public transport - bus stop is right opposite. Slough railway station is just 5 mins walkable. The apartments are well maintained, they have all home amenities like washing machine, dish washer, full scale oven, stove etc

We booked the apartment for 4 people back in March and one day before the date of the booking was due (20th August) I received a call from the owner saying there was a problem with the booking due a technical issue and the 2 bedroom apartment we were renting was busy and he could only offer me at the time a one bedroom apartment with a sofabed for the other two guests... and get a discount from the original price.||||The owner was really dodgy and very suspicious as after he gave me the discount he also cancelled my booking thought booking.com and he asked me to don't review the place on social media on the day we were leaving.||||My family has spent 5 days in that place, the room was really dirty and unpleasant. ||We found mold all over the place , lot of rubish under the bed and carpet, hair in the shower and even a hyenic pad behind the bed!||||||||On our stay (5 days) the towel and linen weren't change at all and only 1 toilet roll was provided ||||||I don't recommend that place at all and please avoid it at all cost.
