Enjoyable meal that was attractive and nicely presented. Had battered fish. The batter was light and crispy and the chips were lovely.... Crispy on the outside and soft inside. They have a large selection of meals to choose from. The staff were friendly and we didn't have too wait long after ordering our meal. We have been at the Weston Cross several times and are always happy with their custom

Arrived for our pre-booked lunch to be greeted by a very rude elderly matron type who told us they were fully booked and couldn't accommodate. No apology, no attempt to resolve the situation. They've now lost our business having just moved to the area!

Not child friendly, rude owner
Food is great, but don't bother if you've got young children as they are not welcome. I was rudely told off for placing a plate on an unused bar because the table hadn't been cleared and needed space to put my toddlers colouring book. Children were scowled at by the owner when going to look at the Christmas tree, we felt very unwelcome
