Had to stay in Perth while I was house hunting. Stayed on and off for 2 weeks and found it very comfortable and very reasonably priced. The difference here was the service from Douglas and his small team. Friendly and very accommodating. The small details set this apart. Quality Toiletries as expected in 4 star hotels, complimentary chocolate biscuits, crisps and bottled spring water in the rooms. Superb cooked to order breakfast with help yourself to 15 different branded cereals, granolas and muesli. Lurpak butter too. So thanks so very much for making me so welcome and appreciated.

Myself and my friend stayed mid week for the football match.|Douglas, the owner was very friendly and helpful.|The room was excellent,clean and warm,complete with teddy bears, bottled water, crisps and chocolate bars. What more could you ask for?|Breakfast was excellent too, even if we couldn’t eat it all. Well within walking distance of Perth train stain and the city centre. There’s also a bus stop straight across the road at the bank.|Will definitely stay again if back in Perth.

I run a removals company and stay all over the country. I had this guesthouse booked but needed to change the dates. Booking.com refused but Douglas the owner changed it not once but twice! What a star! The guesthouse was welcoming, clean and tidy. Rooms spacious, warm and comfortable. Debbie looked after us very well and served us breakfast an hour and a half earlier than normal! I can’t recommend this guesthouse enough! Thank you thank you thank you!!

We stayed a quick one night at Westview and were charmed by the welcome we received from Douglas. He was so helpful with giving ideas and information about the area. He was the highlight of the stay! The guest house is located a quick walk from the center of town, and although is on a busy road is fairly quiet. The breakfast was delicious.

Arrived later than I expected. Douglas was very welcoming and showed me the 'ropes' also giving a few recommendations when I was off out to eat. Enjoyed a comfortable nights sleep. Had a huge breakfast - sorry just couldn't eat it all but very nice & tasty - thank you. Would stay again.

Fabulous guest house, host makes you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. Amazing breakfast, high quality ingredients, and the best scrambled eggs ive ever eaten. Enormous portions too, you will not be hungry. Accomodation is warm comfy and very homely, and the crisps water and biscuits in your room everyday are so lovely. Would highly reccommend staying here! We arrived by train. The geusthouse is a 20 minuts walk from the station or 5 pund in taxi. The rooms are small and clean and we had two nights good sleep. The scottish breakfast homemade by the host, is a very good start for travelling in the exciting area. You can use the whole day in Perth an walk the hills around.

Lovely place, a nice big breakfast cooked to order in the morning. Host was fantastic, very accommodating and informative of the area. Would definitely book here again. Only a short walk into the city centre.
