It states that it's on the edge of Dartmoor, and that's very true as the boundary is a small wall at the edge of the property. We loved being able to feed the donkeys, and Rosie is a wealth of knowledge.|There is a rounder for bar-b-ques, but it was a bit cold in December.|Good access to Exeter and Torbay, we visited friends in Brixham in under an hour.|But don't take my word for it all pop down and visit yourself and let me read your appraisal of the place

Beautiful large accommodation with the availability of a kitchen, great for a snack after we have had a lovely walk around the huge garden and hopped over the wall and straight on to Dartmoor . You can not beat the position of this house for accessibility on to Dartmoor

Massive rooms some with views over dartmoor and gardens|The host pays attention to details in her lovly house with a beautiful well maintained garden with huge pond and great barbecue house which can be used at no extra cost|Kitchen facilities are there to be used so great for walkers to use after a long hard walk on dartmoor which is accessed from the garden
