Fancied a coffee stop on a blistering hot day and spotted this little cafe. We tried the seafood sandwich each, which was delicious and the coffee was nice and strong and tasty. Staff are very pleasant and the service is fast. We plan to go back and try the Sunday lunch, which looked great! There are tables and seats outside to enjoy your stay on a hot day and the prices are good. Recommended.

Excellent Sunday lunch at very competitive price. Very tasty, various veg, Yorkshire and plenty choice of meats. The sweets looked fantastic but too full after main course. Staff friendly and helpful.

Always go to the Village Cafe in Whitburn, when I am over that way, as the food is great! Love their seafood buns, and if they don't have any made, they will often make one up for you. Coffees, paninis, bigger dinners are fab, and their cakes . . . Don't get me started . . . ! Staff are always friendly, considerate and lovely, and they love dogs too! It's a great place to sit outside and enjoy the sun and watch life pass you by.

Very friendly, we have been going since we moved to whitburn 4 Yeats ago. My daughter loves it too. Food always great, but if there ever was a problem you would know it would be sorted out without a fuss!

On July 20th we celebrated my my daughters degree, the buffet was absolutely beautiful each and everyone of our guests said the food was so tasty, some even took some home, we will be using you again in the near future we will highly recommend you to anyone who might need you in the future
