The service was horrific, they made it so difficult to order with set menu rules and was really stressful for a nice Sunday chilled lunch. They charged £800 for 8 people and the food was terrible. Half of our group did not eat and we left immediately. It’s nice to relax and do some work but I would not recommend eating here. We will not be coming back.

Organised an event at Soho House for a big group of people. Great venue and phenomenal service throughout the whole evening. A big thank you to Florencia Alvarez for all her help in preparing for the event. Thank you for your guidance on the menu and for accommodating to all our needs. 10/10 — we look forward to coming back soon!

The room was large and spotlessly clean. The courtyard aspect meant it was incredibly peaceful. Biggest issue was the service. Female bar server was obviously very sick and coughing up phlegm on the other side of the counter while cleaning for half an hour. Said to a colleague she'd been working for 12 hours. Literally bent double on the counter, not being able to stop coughing. Hugely sympathetic, but what the heck Soho House?

Soho House has devolved into a shameless operation where staff steal from members and management actively covers it up. My experience has been nothing short of outrageous.

My bag containing over £1,500 worth of items was stolen by staff from their supposedly "secure" lost property area. I had left my items in a gym locker overnight, and the next day, my designer item was gone, but miraculously, all of the less expensive items were still there. This selective theft clearly points to staff involvement.

Instead of taking responsibility, management has engaged in blatant gaslighting - repeatedly referring to my belongings as "lost" despite the fact they disappeared from a staff-only area. When I demanded to see the surveillance footage, they became defensive and evasive.

Their solution? Offer to compensate me for less than a third of the amount lost. No apology or remorse was offered at any point during this process. The annual membership now buys you the privilege of being stolen from, lied to, and treated with dismissive condescension when you dare to question their security failures.

The police are now involved because management was too incompetent and dishonest to handle this internally. They've shown zero interest in investigating which of their staff is the thief despite having all the tools to do so. The police investigation continues, despite management's obvious attempts to obstruct it.

This incident is just a symptom of Soho House's complete collapse in standards and values. The staff seem to have noticed this decline too and have apparently decided that stealing from members is an acceptable perk of the job.

Management's attitude throughout has been appalling - questioning my integrity, doubting the contents of my bag, and treating me like I'm trying to scam them rather than being the victim of theft by their employees. Their communications have been patronizing, inconsistent, and designed to wear me down rather than resolve the issue.

This establishment is rotting from within, with thieving staff protected by management who view members as walking ATMs rather than valued clients. It’s become embarrassingly transparent that having a membership is now more of a liability than a privilege.

I had the vegan Sunday roast a few weeks back. The Mushroom Wellington was underwhelmingly disappointing. It tasted like it had been defrosted from the freezer and lacked both flavour and texture. The roast potatoes were lovely and fluffy, however to see just boiled peas and sweetcorn on a roast plate is pretty basic and reminded me of school dinners. The gravy was also watery with no flavour. I will not be ordering a vegan roast here again.

I called to ask the prices for the Nori restaurant since it’s not listed on the website. They said this is a members only line but she did say she would email it to me. Never got the email. Also I asked to be transferred to restaurant and also was refused because I’m not a member. Why are you opening your restaurant and downstairs to the public if you are refusing to help them 😒

Came in at 28.01.2025 at 10pm I explained that it was my first time and I wanted to know more about the club so I can potentially join. The two clumsy ladies at the reception said they only have a bar and a restaurant and that's it. They were not interested to show me around or provide any response. The management should be ashamed of themselves and these two should be sacked if you care about your reputation. I cannot believe that I physically arrive to enquire to join and they ask me to look at their website instead. The two ladies should be ashamed of themselves! Complete incompetence
