Absolutely fantastic place to stay. Such a beautiful place both inside and out. The views are stunning, the rooms are spotless and well presented with everything you need. There is ample parking. The staff really are amazing. They go out of their way to make sure you are welcomed and the breakfast was plentiful and delicious! Can't recommend this place enough!

We stayed at White horse farm for the Easter weekend and we were definitely not disappointed. The room we were in was lovely, clean and spacious. Food was amazing, lots of it and breakfast very tasty and plenty of choice. All the staff we encountered were extremely friendly, helpful and polite. To top it all you have the view! Wow! Incredible! Couldn't have asked for a more relaxing stay, even the dog was very happy especially with the array of walks in the area. Will definitely go back and would highly recommend

I’m a Ploughman’s Lunch connoisseur, I’ve had them everywhere, and this is without doubt the best one I’ve ever had. The cheeses were superb, the sausage roll was clearly gourmet quality and the pork pie, my word……….all five of us tried it and agreed we’d never tasted one like it.

The Parmesan truffle chips were phenomenal, and my friends burger was the same. Two had the scampi and said it’s the best they’ve had.

The view over the valley is stunning and the service very friendly. We’ll definitely be back and will recommend it to friends and family.

Lovely clean and well presented room with beautiful views. Substantial evening meals - unfortunately I was too full for a dessert! Good cooked breakfast and range of cereals/fruit etc. |Stuart and his colleagues went out of their way to make us and our dogs feel welcome, even storing our dog’s food in a fridge overnight for us. Thanks for a great stay!

Lovely old quaint inn, located in the country at the bottom of a real steep hill, but still easy to get to. Comfortable room, basic but very clean and gives all you need in a room for a comfortable stay. Staff friendly and efficient, food was very nice and great quality products, not to big a menu but excellent choice all the same, worth staying at or visiting.

Just had an amazing stay at the white horse farm hotel. What a beautiful location, the views are incredible. We had a very warm welcome and all of the staff we spoke to were very friendly and helpful as to local areas to visit. Very comfortable and clean room. Good choice of food at the restaurant and breakfast was excellent. We would definitely stay here again.

Stayed for three nights in May with friends.|Lovely spacious room which was spotlessly clean with everything you would need for a short stay.|Stunning views along the valley in front of the hotel. Lots of local places to visit with good walks from the hotel doorstep.|The food in the restaurant was excellent and the breakfast was superb. |The staff were all wonderful and really went out of their way to please, nothing was too much trouble, they even went out of their way to provide special requests for the dinner menu.|We have stayed in this hotel several times before and never been disappointed.|Thanks to all the team for a wonderful stay.

Unable to rate rooms as we used this excellent pub as a motorhome stopover. Cannot fault it. Great views from car park, very good pub grub and a decent selection of ales. 2 quiet and peaceful nights. Hosts were very friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended.
