Stayed in the double sea view room for one night as attending an event. Very nice room, comfortable bed and good quality shower and bathroom. The whole booking process was seamless and the key code entrance was very easy. Would have liked a mirror in the room as nowhere to dry my hair, but overall we had a great stay and would book again when in Brighton

Excellent location, right on the seafront. No street parking , but plenty nearby at not too great expense.
Room was clean, bright and airy and lovely selection of refreshments. Perfect size for a short stay.
Traffic noise in the morning was fairly loud, but we did have the windows open due to the hot weather, and earplugs were provided.
Blinds were stylish but didn't darken the room as much as I would have liked from the glorious early morning sun .
Communication before was excellent, keypads and check-in easy. I would definitely stay again and recomend for short or overnight trips.

Lovely room. Room 8. Sea view. Clean. Comfortable. Good big shower room. Fridge. Coffee machine. Good selection of tea/coffee and left treats! Quiet but Thursday night stay. Top floor in room 8. Steep stairs yes but no problem for me with a small suitcase and heavy backpack. Good customer service from Omri prior to arrival. He was good enough to check my requirements personally which is a nice touch. Easy key pad access. Good location. Parking 5 min walk at bingo place. Recommended.

No reception to check in with.
No ice machine anywhere.
No fridge or way to keep things cool.
No AC, or even a fan in the room, had to go purchase one to use.
The smallest room I’ve ever seen. Mattress did not fit 1 adult. No bathroom in the room, only 1 toilet shared between multiple rooms

Very scary experience of having a complete stranger enter the room while I was changing!! No knock or warning. Later I found out that it was the cleaners who did not service the room the entire time I was there apart from that 1 room invasion incident.

The bed was 6” shorter than me. Not exactly ‘adequate’.

I have triple confirmed with hotels.com and nowhere on the reservation did it state that it was a shared bathroom. So that is just not accurate either.

There was no announcement Or apology from the cleaner, so that’s also just incorrect.

This is not a 4 star hotel by any stretch of the imagination! A very basic 3 star at best. My supposed double room was tiny and pretty bare. The shower was feeble. And they only left me a nearly-finished toilet roll, which doesn't indicate a great attitude to customer service. There are no staff on site, and there's no food or drink available. Overall it's not *terrible*. If you want something no frills and functional then it's fine. But it was inferior to what I was expecting. I stayed in the Brighton Travelodge the previous week and that was better, put it that way.

I stayed at The White House for one as I was visiting my son who lives nearby - very convenient. |Entry access code was easy. I stayed in room 4 on the first floor. The stairs were a little steep especially trying to manoeuvre a suitcase and being a lady of a certain age but this was to be expected given the regency style of the property - pleased I wasn’t on the 2nd or 3rd floor! |My room was lovely - nice comfy bed, good quality linen and plenty of teas, coffees and milk. Chocolate bar and biscuit a nice touch. |Good quality toiletries in bathroom although I did find the shower not very powerful and slow. |The road can be a little noisy at times but this didn’t deter me from getting a good nights sleep. |No breakfast available but plenty of independent coffee shops and cafes nearby to grab a bite. |Seafront about 5 mins walk and there is a regular bus service just at the bottom of the road to town and the railway station. |All in all a very nice stay and I certainly would not hesitate in staying again on my next family visit.

I only stayed one night which was a shame. Perfect location for my event and all of Kemptown and an easy ride from the station on the #7 Bus. I love these key code access hotels and keycode/instructions were delivered as promised. Room 5 had a proper sea view which was nice.

Close to town and sea. But tucked away in a back road with no parking.
Small room.
Well cleaned and maintained. Looked fresh and organised.
Double bed was actually 2 singles put together, and very uncomfortable!
