I have stayed here a few times and it continues to be fabulous. Mary and Tim are great hosts. The home cooked breakfasts/dinner are absolutely excellent plus unbelievable value for money. The packed lunches for me are the best compared with other companies with everything you might like and more. As a birdwatcher the local nature reserve just a short walk from the B&B is fantastic and as this is relatively new watch this space for it to be amazing. An early morning walk produced a variety of birds totally 29different species. So looking forward to my next stay

What a lovely place to stay! I was in the annex, in the garden, a welcoming, cosy place. Big room with double bed, comfortable chairs, dining table, kitchen and a bathroom with shower and toilet. As I was part of a birding group breakfast was served in the farm, we got a lunch bag every day, tea& cake on return and a 2 course dinner. Mary and Tim wonderful hosts with a great sense of humour, they go out of their way to make it a wonderful stay. The farm is decorated with interesting furniture and a collection of art. There is a huge garden as well, the farm is behind the main street of the village so very quiet. What a brilliant stay I have had, thank you so much Mary and Tim, hope to mee t uw next year.

Just back from yet another stay at White House Farm. My friend and I are keen birdwatchers and here is an ideal place to stay, within easy reach of the north Norfolk coast and the Broads. But that is only half the story as the experience of staying with Mary and Tim is totally unique. Every aspect of your stay from the excellent breakfasts to the comfort and every conceivable requirement in the rooms, combined with the warmth of the welcome Mary provides is so wonderful. Mary sees to your every need and if your plans should go awry for any reason she is on hand to assist. I always look forward to staying there and can’t wait to visit again.|Very highly recommended.

We stayed here while on a birding trip in Norfolk and were so glad to have White House Farm recommended to us.|Mary and Tim are incredible hosts and really go out of their way to make sure all their guests have the best experience.. everything is fabulous from the beautiful 15th/16th century farmhouse to the friendly welcome, wealth of local knowledge and, of course, Mary's incredible food. We couldn't have been better looked after in a five-star hotel.|If you are looking for a base in Norfolk you cannot go wrong here. Highly recommended.

Once again big thank you to Mary and Tim for making us feel really welcome for our three night stay at White House Farm. Its our fourth visit in four years and booked for next December already. The Farm House is a beautiful property and fortunate to be able to stay there for a short while. The breakfasts and afternoon /evening tea and cakes are amazing. We feel like part of the family and hope to keep returning for many years .

Just last month with a very small group of friends on a birding trip, we stayed at White House Farm. It is always a joy to stay with Mary and Tim. From that welcoming |cup of tea and slice of homemade cake on arrival, but repeated daily, hospitality is abundant, and Mary is attentive to any allergies or special requirements. A stay at White House farm is always friendly and relaxed . I thoroughly recommend.
