Me and my partner we're very very impressed with our stay. Our room was perfect,spacious, clean, very well presented and unbelievably comfortable. Viv made us so very welcome,such a lovely lady,she was more than accommodating to us. She went the extra mile therefore i cant praise her enough. She also cooks the best full english breakfast. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone and everyone, infact id make a point of staying again purely because Viv and her establishment are both fantastic. Thank you Viv for your great hospitality!

My boyfriend and I stayed at White Lodge Guest House for two nights over the weekend, due to a family wedding which was being held at the South Holland Centre in town. We had Room 4 which was a beautifully presented and clean bedroom with a gorgeous en-suite bathroom which had a large corner bath with shower, and also a double-sized separate shower. ||||The location was ideal and only a stone's throw away from the beautiful riverside and town centre, there are off-road parking bays which are ideal. Viv was a fantastic host who made sure we had everything we needed and made us feel really comfortable. She was easily contactable at any time on her mobile. We arrived rather late on the Friday night which wasn't a problem at all and Viv left us a key which meant we could come in and out as we pleased. ||||The breakfast was plentiful and absolutely delicious with a range of cereals, fresh fruit, yogurt and berries and full English cooked breakfasts too. ||||There was a slight problem with our shower in that the thermostat had broken so it was a bit too hot, but this really wasn't a problem for us at all as we had the separate bath with its own shower, and Viv even gave us a discount on the room as her plumber wasn't available immediately.||||Our bedroom had its own fridge and tea and Nescafe Azera coffee (our favourite), with real fresh milk everyday!||||Overall we would recommend White Lodge to anybody and it was great value for money. It felt more like a 5* hotel than a B&B! We will definitely stay again if we need to.

Visited this establishment for an overnight stay whilst on business in the area. Room clean and comfortable and location only 5 minutes from town centre. Owner extremely helpful, friendly and nothing to much trouble. Very apologetic, explaining on my arrival that Tier 3 Lockdown had prevented or delayed her being able to get tradesmen to come and do repairs etc. (satellite dish for TV being realigned following recent snow) being just one example. Cooked breakfast choice, quality and quantity excellent. Would definitely stay here again if in the area. 👍

What a find. We had a fabulous stay here last weekend. We stayed in the double room with balcony. A lovely room with large en suite and a balcony that was lovely to sit on with a cup of tea overlooking the garden. The room was spotlessly clean with everything you could need even a small fridge with fresh milk for tea and coffee. We were made to feel very welcome and comfortable. We couldnt have asked for more. Nothing was too much trouble for Viv. A very welcome stay. Lovely rooms, all the facilities you could possibly need. ||We arrived early, but Viv made us a cuppa & chocolate biscuits, she made us so comfortable. Only a one night stay for a 90th Birthday luncheon but would definitely visit again & stay longer so we could take in the area & sample more of Viv's delicious breakfast.

I have stayed here a number of times over the past 4 years. It is a lovely place to stay. However on our last visit my husband fell unexpectedly ill, no-ones fault. This lady could not cope and threw us out! He ended up in hospital. As I say, a good experience as long as you don’t get sick.

Wonderful service from a friendly owner - very accommodating & keen to please. Really comfy room - plenty of tea/ coffee/ fresh milk etc; put-you-up bed for our 8 yr old; nice view over the garden ||Fab bathroom - deep freestanding tub and lovely toiletries. ||Excellent breakfast - fresh fruit, cereals, croissants etc, plus the full English (complete with Lincolnshire sausages of course)||All great value for money too!||Will definitely try to stay here again, next time we visit family in the area...

Stayed here many time and it always feels like a second home. I've always been welcomed with a fresh coffee and the rooms are clean, tidy and well presented. The breakfast is great and it is located a 5 minute walk from the centre of town.
