Family of 8, stayed in superior caravan over the road from main site, which we prefer to ve honest. Quite a new caravan, everything worked. Had a lovely bath tub, which did not expect. We had a great time with family, little ones loved entertainment in the evening, lifeguards really friendly and super proffessional at the indoor pool. We played, outdoor crazy golf, table tennis and kids enjoyed small arcade. Staff at Nab bar and culver bar really friendly and the reception staff very efficient. Caravan and all equipment clean, (just keep a eye on the smaller details, ie the edge on shower door) plenty of crockery etc. Maintenance team working hard to keep the grounds clean and tidy.

We booked a luxury lodge with hot tub. When we arrived we was very happy with the lodge, lovely and clean to a high standard! We did have to ask for towels as they wasn't there but they bought them to us within 10 minutes after asking so that was fine! The following morning we was about to cook breakfast we did notice there was no baking trays only two saucepans and a mini frying pan! I did call reception and let them know this and they said they would get some sent to us and said sorry items were missing! But they never did so I asked again and nothing again so in the end I went and bought some myself as we were there for a week! The bed in the main bedroom wasnt very comfortable you could feel the springs digging in so didnt feel very luxury! We went to the arcades didn't stay long as some machines were not working! Hot tub was lovely and checked every day by the friendly matinance men! My son and partner enjoyed fishing on the beach in the evenings!

We stayed in an Exclusive sea view lodge with hot tub. The only one on the park looking over the sea. The lodge was spacious and clean and had a dishwasher & washing machine. |We used the hot tub a lot was lucky to have good weather.|The culver club and nab were really quiet but the staff and entertainment team were friendly.|I still think they should have a club over on the other site as there's two sites and most of the holiday makers are in the other side that want the entertainment.|The only downside to the lodge was the main bed was small and the parking was behind the lodge near the nab bar. It was hard to park the cars with all the bins opposite

Just returned from a lovely 3 night stay. Caravan was clean and very comfy. The grounds are kept immaculate. Staff really friendly. Did not use the Club House but the bar/restaurant was dog friendly which was a bonus for us. I live on the island but will definitely be back for a mini break again. 5 stars from me

Good for the price, but the caravan and facilities could've been cleaner. There was evidence of a dog hair in the carpet and the tops of shelves and light fixtures were very dusty. The heated towel rails in the bathrooms were dirty and clearly haven't been cleaned for a while. The pool seemed nice, but the area around the spiral staircase is absolutely filthy. I mean it is caked in old dirt and grime with bits of discarded swimming equipment that have been there for a very long time. This makes me worry about the rest of the facility and made sure we didn't use it again. One of the more irritating things was the daylight strength lighting glaring into the caravan windows all night. We have an 18 month and 3 year old that needs pitch black to sleep, so we put tin foil in the windows to block the light and make it close to pitch black as possible. This worked, but it was at our expense. It's also very poor for light pollution and moths to have lights this bright all night. Moths orientate by the moon and will fly in circles around outside lights until they die. This should be changed. I won't visit Whitecliff bay holiday park nor IOW again.

Just spent 5 nights here, the grounds and park are well maintained and clean but sadly that’s where the cleanliness stopped. Our caravan was filthy, the main bedroom stunk of dogs wee, so bad that my wife and I slept in the living room. The kids room was covered in dogs hair, oven was filthy, thankfully it didn’t work, did report this the first night there but nothing was ever done, luckily we took our own air fryer and rice cooker. The whole caravan looked like it hadn’t been cleaned for weeks, we even found an old contact lens. I think this comment is true as we found a form under the sink last clean date 23/08/2024, we stayed 17/09/2024. You get 2 toilet rolls and then you have to buy your own, very mean. I also noted that I had been put in a Deluxe Caravan instead of the one ordered a Superior, when I mentioned this to customer service I was asked how do I know it’s a Deluxe, quite obvious it said it on the side and the pictures on their website for the Deluxe and Superior are totally different. I was then given what I think was a load of BS telling me pictures are for illustration purposes only and all the vans have been regraded and that I was in a superior which sorry is rubbish but I really couldn’t be bothered to argue with him. This park seems more gear up and interested in you buying one of the caravans instead of looking after cleaning the holiday makers vans. We did actually see a cleaning group which consisted of half a dozen teenagers one of them pulling a Henry vacuum cleaner.

Stayed in a valued chalet for vacation, up a hill, chalet did have parking behind so didn't need to walk far to car and back. Rooms were quite basic but could do with updating. Had lovely views, even nearby airport, as planes fly overhead and then land/takeoff from nearby landing strip.

Great place for family holidays, the beach is at the bottom of a very steep slope but is worthwhile as the view is amazing.

The place has an outdoor/indoor pool, activities including nerffing and Target Archery. Arcade, kids/adults entertainment, a little shop and food places.

If you are booking this place because it has EV charging, look elsewhere.

The caravan that we lived in was really nice but the reason we picked this place was because it said there are EV chargers.

Doing trust ZapMap on this one. Out of 4, only 1 was working which always stayed busy because locals keep it on charge for 2 days straight and no one bothers to ask them to remove the car even if it is fully charged.

There is no limit to charging time and the area is not gated so even the nearby residents come and leave their cars charge as it is FREE! Which leaves the tourists (who actually paid for the holiday inn) no place to charge.
